Contains water & vinegar! Very Good sauerkraut should not! Taste ok, non pasteurised so healthy.

Seems like good quality saurkraut, but make sure you like sharp lemon flavours in your saurkraut if you get this! Makes it a bit less versatile than plain saurkraut perhaps.

I bought this to help me with some digestive issues. I love sauerkraut, but hadn’t tried this brand before. I noticed this brand was unpasteurised, (which makes it work better as a probiotic) so I thought I’d give it a go. I had a tablespoon each morning before breakfast, and it helped me to feel less bloated. My stomach felt more settled too. As well as having a spoonful on its own.. it tastes good mixed in with mashed potato!

Arrived intact and well packed. Very tasty condiment that goes well with meat and fish. Very lemony flavour with a nice crunch.

Yummy! Arrived quick and in perfect condition and tastes great! Will be using on everything...turkey guac burgers, with shortrib stew and braised cabbage or just on its own! Love that it’s unpasteurised and so feeding my gut flora exactly what it needs. Definitely recommend!

Perfect sour vinegar taste just enough crunch and the lemon juniper and pepper really add a mild compliment.A bit pricey but then good things often are.
