i could not receive phone calls it would go right to my voice mail, and it took too long to make a phone call.

So far, the phone is working as expected. I bought this phone to replace my son's broken one, which was the exact same phone. AT&T no longer carry the A11, and I didn't want to pay for an upgrade. If it lasts a year, I think it's worth it. It came with the charger, which is a plus. It appears to be in excellent condition. I'll update this review if we have any issues.

Phone is marked ATT on back, starts up with the T-mobile jingle and T-mobile display but absolutely will not connect to the T-mobile network with T-mobile sim card. Had local T-mobile service agent look at it found it is locked to the Sprint network. It appears this phone was originally from ATT and at some point got switched to Sprint after it had been acquired by T-mobile. There does not seem to be a way to unlock it from the Sprint network so I've returned it. Not happy! I've spent several hours now dealing with this!

Bought for my daughter's 10th birthday, n she's in love!

I ordered this for my cousin on the Philippines and she loved it. She uses it and now makes overseas calls. She now owns 3 mobile phones including this one that I ordered for her. Thanks.

I do not like it because it is a 2g phone who sells that in 2021?

What can be said for a phone when so much has already been said? I love Samsung phones, and the A11 is an upgrade from my previous Galaxy J7 Crown. Easy to use and customize, and refurbished was half the price of a brand new one. I have no complaints.
