Absolutely love them! Was looking for something to wear with casual/ casual dress shoes and boots that were thicker than hose but thinner than regular socks but not as high as trouser socks. I wear a size 8 shoe and these fit the bill perfectly. I did't know if the color would rub off the black tights/ socks as I read from one reviewer, so I washed all of them in the sink (black separately from the beige) upon arrival. So far I've worn both the black and the beige and they are perfect...stayed up without being too tight on my ankle, which was the most important thing to me since I've had some that kept sliding down into my shoe. While searching on Amazon I saw this company had some just like this but thinner like an ankle high hose which will be my next purchase to wear with dress shoes when I have on pants/ slacks. I would recommend these to anyone looking for what I've described above.

I agree with the previous reviewer who said that the toe seam won't stay put. The toe seam tends to slide underneath the ball of the foot, which is uncomfortable, and it won't stay in its correct place even if you adjust it multiple times. Unfortunately, this makes these socks unwearable. It's disappointing, because there's nothing wrong with the color, the thickness, etc. These are not sheer, they're almost opaque, and thicker than the usual nylons, so be aware of that if you're going to order them. I'll be donating these, because they're not wearable and they weren't expensive enough to be worth returning.I'm a size 10 in shoes, so maybe these Asian-made stockings are just too small for someone with comparatively larger feet. If you're at the larger end of the range, in terms of shoe size, I would not order these. I'm well aware that Asian sizing is small, by Western standards, but I remember buying this type of product (ankle-high nylon stockings) when I lived in South Korea, and I didn't experience this problem, then. I suspect that anything made in China is going to be of dubious quality. Main point: the seam makes these too uncomfortable to wear and they won't lay correctly on the foot.

I wear a size 8 shoe 5 foot 148 lb extremely comfortable I bought these to wear with leggings because knee-highs show the band around the knee and the pants gather up these are so perfect they're the right length over the ankle I'm sure they're going to be great in the spring when you don't want the heaviness of knee highs I'm extremely pleased with these some reviews said they were too tight at the ankle they were fine on me they didn't slide down they were comfortable and I would absolutely get these but my main thing is is my pants look nice they don't look gathered between the knee and the ankle they wash beautiful use the garment bag to wash them in I'm very very pleased

2020: after wearing these socks several times a week for four years, it was time for a new set. I ordered beige like my first order. they have changed their dye. The first photo, on the left is the original beige sock from 2016, on the right side is the 2020 beige, a notable difference. (Backdrop: white computer paper) This isn’t an issue of they sent me the wrong colour as I ordered a second box and the identical 2020 beige arrived again and both boxes are labeled “beige”. In the second photo is the 2016 beige, the 2020 beige and what they call sun tan. My skin tone no longer matches their 2020 beige which is too red and dark. I’m disappointed and sad as I wore these all the time and the opaque aspect was very important to me; sheer socks do not meet my needs.2016:Love the socks. Just like a trouser sock as far as thickness but stops above the ankle; perfect for keeping cool in summer. Wash well and I have yet to have one run, snag or tear.

Ordered the 10 pair pack and they arrived quickly with one extra black sock and an extra pair of the tan ones. Wore them for the first time today and will probably order more. The colors were nice. They are a nice thickness and quality. They do not get "eaten" by my shoes when I wear them. They don't cut off my circulation and leave elastic "band marks" on my legs! What more could you ask for?
