Wow these little cork balls are AMAZING! I was reading something a bit ago and the author stated to help calm some pain in the ball and arch of her feet she used cork massage balls to work out the discomfort. I was a little skeptical...boy was I proven wrong. I ordered these for the small 2" size. They are perfect! I work on my feet all day and by the time I get home my feet are ready for some chill time. I use these after I get out of the shower and they seem to work out all the tight spots and kinks in my foot. I roll ever inch of my foot with these things. It only takes a couple of minutes before bed. But when I wake up in the morning I don't feel like I have to hobble around till I can get my feet under me in the morning.
