any of these books are so great. Bill Watterson is a amazing with just a few lines. Always makes me laugh.

I got this, and all the other Calvin + Hobbes books for my dad, as he used to have a lot of them before my ex stepmother took them in their divorce a few years ago. I grew up stealing those books from him to read, and we had a lot of good memories around those books and reading them together. He loved them, and the comics are still as amazing as I remember them being <3

You can’’t go wrong having this book. It makes a great gift giving idea. It’s funny to keep for yourself. In my case, I have a 23 yr daughter, depressed, Bipolar, schizophrenic, manic, meth addict. She eventually found herself in jail. Jail provided nothing to do for for long periods. Extreme boredom. We received hourly phone calls how she couldn’t make it, tone of suicide. Jail had a 4 book limit. This was one. She completed reading it and actually asked for another. Never has happened in all her years. I immediately went back onto Amazon without wasting a moment. I doubt you have a similar issue, but for her parents, Calvin and Hobbs was a gift from God

Gave this as a gift for an introduction to my favorite comic.

Calvin and Hobbes is always hilarious, entertaining, and beautifully written. Calvin`s crazy, imaginative, sarcastic, and has a mind and thinking process of a much older person, but he can definitely be a brat. Hobbes is his loyal "stuffed tiger" best friend who's always a part of Calvin's adventures and is always good with his responses. The slightly wiser, quieter, and kinder of the two and a great friend. The two get in a lot of trouble together and fight sometimes but always end up close and there for each other. I definitely recommend. A fantastic book and comic for all ages. Appropriate and fun for kids and hilarious and relatable for teens and adults. Bill Watterson, extremely talented and never disappoints.

You can't go wrong with Calvin! Always fun and sometimes thoughtful and serious enough to teach one or two life lessons. Thank you to the author for the memories.

Calvin and Hobbes, GREAT!On the kindle app, not so much. This is one of those electronic conversions where they don't have expansion or zooming on the text (balloons) enabled or possible. Don't get me wrong it's readable. But it would be more enjoyable if zooming was enabled. Plan on reading this on a tablet or larger device for better enjoyment of reading the text balloons.Reading on a computer monitor with the web app is also problematic as the pages don't expand to the width of the screen, only the height. So unless you have a great resolution and a big, big screen, reading is painful even on a larger computer monitor. It's a shame doesn't bother to put in the effort to render some of these classic cartoon literature with the same features and care they do to the other books or graphic novels.The artwork is easily viewable and able to be appreciated no matter what. But reading is not easy.

The book is in perfect condition, very satisfied!

This was a Christmas present for a child. She loves it and sleeps with it under her pillow.

Even though it's a paperback edition, the book is well binded. Paper quality is excellent. Got my 11 years old son hooked to Calvin & Hobbes.

Très bon état. On retrouve tout l’univers de Calvin et Hobbes. Un régal pour ma fille récalcitrante à apprendre l’anglais. Ce temps de lecture partagé en famille est un plaisir.
