It works got the A2
Do not get a 1/2 inch adapter for your hose. It ifs just a touch too big and gets water everywhere. Do the 3/8 should work. I ordered a 1/4 inch which should easily fit and allow for air exchange as it gets fuller.I have the 15 inch (I think it could be 14.5) this will get the job done. The tear drop design is great for uppercuts. I think 17 inch is ideal but much heavier. I can take this one down when I need to. Most heavy bags are around 14-16 inches. 17 in would be better for body shots because it is also longer . And yes, I'f you have the space and don't need to take it down, get a 21 inch. I would guess it's about 200 lbs not including the force of hitting it. The 15 inch ifs great for versatility and, even though heavy, it's manageable. The 4 stars vs 5 was because the shipping was lousy. It was maybe delivered on Amazon on the 25th. The only reason I wad able to dispute it wasd because in the UPS website, it was not delivered and scheduled for the 30th. Then it was delivered to a pick up location instead of my home which I did not authorize. Amazon, as usually were very helpful and ordered a replacement. I canceled it because I was able to pick up the original.

FILLING THIS THING IS A NIGHTMARE. things to consider...
I got this for boxing based on reviews ands its CHEAP. Cheapest way to hang this: soft loop tie downs(picture above) 18 inches. Comes to a perfect height off my free standing stand. To open the fill hole, i used the handle of those black clamp paper clips, but normal people use a flat head screwdriver. To release water, I used a nail and lightly pressed in the whole to remove air, and water. The worst part is filling this dam thing. It comes deflated. I had to check the reviews how put water in it because you CANT just fill it from the garden hose. There was conflicting comments about getting a twinkle nozzle adapter or a specific screw adapter for the garden hose, someone said 3/8 or 3/4 to 1/2. Never used either. I didnt want to buy multiple adapters to only find out it didnt work so I went with the twinkle nozzle. First off, if you dont know what that is and search on google, you get all types of different nozzles so i posted a picture of it. The nozzle method is cheapest and fastest since you can probably find it at your local store versus finding screw adapter.1st PROBLEM: all your doing is forcing this thing inside this ballon thing, so your gunna get water everywhere. Also make sure to plug it in first since the twinkle nozzle DOESNT have an off switch.2nd PROBLEM: if you fill it all the way, 90% is water 10% becomes compress air. I took a nail to remove all the air.3rd PROBLEM: This thing is heavy when filled. Since you will probably not hang it first because this nozzle will get water everywhere, I had to luge this HEAVY thing about 5.5 feet onto a tiny little hook.4th PROBLEM: if overfilled, when you punch this thing , its like punching a wall. so make sure NOT to do that. fill it 1/2 at least and punch it to see if you like and. IF you hang it over-filled and want to release some water, the water will go all over the place, just a fyi.I use this bag outside, and its great.

It makes a great heavy bag!
I wanted an aqua bag for my home gym and I found other reviews that used this as a punching bag for less than major brands so I decided to give it a try.The set up was pretty easy - make sure you use a stud if hanging from a ceiling. I included pics of my set up which all components extra capacity to hold the weight. The hardest part is filling it with water. There are videos out there to help explain the process. Note most leave out that you need a nozzle less than 1/2” to fit in the hole and you need to open up the hole so water can enter the bag. I got water everywhere at the end of the process so be aware of this for the environment you are using to mount it.I’ve been pounding on this thing and it’s great. I love the rebound and less impact on joints. Note: it’s probably a harder punching surface than you think. I do recommend wrapping your hands and wearing gloves.I’m pretty happy with the purchase and glad I added it to my gym.

Use as a punching bag
I wrote a detailed review but for some reason it was rejected by Amazon. I'll try again though. I purchased the A-2 size buoy. It's most similar to the the 15" Aqua Fitness bag.It was pretty easy to fill. The ID (inside diameter) of the fill hole is 1/2 inch. I had some 1/2 OD tube that fit snugly to it. I connected that with an adapter to my sink and filled it up in less than a minute. The max I could get it was about 65 pounds, however the buoy had no give so I let some water out. I was happy at around 58-60 lbs.I used my old heavy bag set up , hung between 2 beams, with a 90lb spring an some carabiners . The thickness of plastic at the hole where you would connect a anchor shackle was 1.4 inches. I'd need to buy a 7/8 inch anchor shackle for that to work and didn't feel like spending another $20 dollars. I just went with a 5" carabiner from home depot that is rated to 120 lbs.So after using it I'm pretty happy with the results. It does swing a little but the next option was the A-3 18" model. And trying to hang 120lb bag seemed like ti would be alot of trouble. Plus the A-3 were $60 and the A-2 were going for $30.Can't imagine how an Aqua bag would be much better, I'm very pleased with the purchase for $30.
