So I’ve had these tablets now since May , I have ibs so bowel movements are not a regular occurrence most of the time. For a couple of days every other week I would take 5 capsules at night with 12oz of water ( some times a lot more water) , they worked in helping me have a bowel movement but not enough to eliminate the back up . Anyway that was until I took 5 last night with coke cola ! About 15 oz to be exact . Boy did that work ! It was like the great Nile , yep brown and watery ( sorry tmi) and nope it didn’t stop after one visit , it went on all day long . I’m pleased to say I am light as a feather and feeling so much better. It never caused any stomachache/ cramping like most laxatives.So if you’re like me and still having problems after days of taking the full dose of 5 capsules with enough water to sink the titanic , next time try it with coke cola and make sure you have nothing planned that whole day so you can be in easy reach of the toilet. Another thing I found was taking them with water it took up 10/12 hrs to work, with coke cola it took 5 hrs to start and endless hours to stop. Everyone is different and it depends on how constipated you are on how long it takes before it comes to and stop .Pretty much like moviprep ( colonoscopy laxative) but without the disgusting taste.

I’ve had digestive issues for a long time following years of laxative abuse, NOTHING else works now apart from this! The doctors have prescribed me several laxatives (laxido, picolax, etc) and over the counter ones (senna, bisocodyl) make me vomit within minutes of taking them. I’d have to take half the box just to make them work and they made me so poorly!! Now all I do is take 5 of these before bed and they work gently overnight; no nausea, no vomiting, no cramps or anything. They’re actually a miracle!! Wish I’d discovered these sooner. I now have regular movements, less bloating and generally feel better. :)

I developed a skin rash, irregular heartbeat, breathing difficulty and extreme lethargy after taking this product. I checked the ingredients and discovered that it contains potassium citrate. I strongly suggest that you check out the possible side effects of potassium citrate before you even consider taking these capsules. I regret having bought these and would never again take a single capsule. A similar product - Oxy Powder - does not contain potassium citrate and is what I should have purchased in the first place. In conclusion, please exercise extreme caution before you buy Mag 07.

I don't take this everyday, but I tried so many different things. I even went as far as enema. But this is a wonderdrug, after taking it go quite constantly. I take 2-3 capsules but every 2-3 days at the moment and I go constantly for at least two days. Sorry for the TMI, but its just to help those suffering like me! I am On codeine and was no longer regular, was constantly in pain and would bleed so this has been a wonder drug for meUpdate: original review above - worked well up to April. ordered new supply in May. OMG the reaction I had was mind numbingly scary. heart palpitations, dizziness, nausea, chest pain, fainting sensation, stomach cramps and sweating. took me a while to figure out I was severely reacting to these tablets. not sure what happen in between last time and now. but after this experience I won't be touching it

Ohh. My. Goodness!!! This product is amazing.For the last 5yrs I've struggled with severe constipation due to medication I need to take. Prescribed laxatives just aren't working as well as i need and so I joined a support group who recommended Mag07.So last night I took 5 capsules and earlier today another 5 and boy Ohh boy, they are working like absolute heaven. No pain, no diarrhoea, no discomfort just fully formed bowl movements, every couple of hours.I'm very happy and it's only been 24hrs but I can already feel my stomach is softer and less bloated.So yes, I would highly recommend this product. This will be my daily cleanse now.Edit: 2 weeks in and I've taken at least 3 every night and within 4hrs I'm guaranteed to go. As all the blockage is being removed the smoother things are becoming.Honestly Mag07 has saved my life.
