So far, so good!
I bought this to replace an existing wifi card in my Dell Inspiron 15r laptop that is "supposedly" capable of n speeds, but tops out at 65 mbps (DW 1501), even with the most current drivers. This one is actually sold by Dell as an upgrade for $40+s/h. It was a plug and play upgrade for me since the Broadcom drivers are already on my Win7 system. There is an excellent video on Youtube that shows the disassembly/reassembly of the Dell model this was installed to, as mine is the one that doesn't have an access door for the wifi card.I swapped them out, the system detected and installed the drivers at boot up. All I had to do was enter my wifi password and make one setting change to the drivers to get it to run 40 mhz, and wa la! I went from a 65mbps to a 300 mbps connection. Well worth the $8.99 total I spent on this card. Seller is from China and even though he warned me when he shipped it might take 3 weeks, I had the card in 11 days. He shipped the same day I ordered. Very pleased......

I was suprised the old one failed. The drivers were fine. The wireless networks were showing up, but the laptop was unable to connect to a router or wireless network. I replaced the DW1501 which many people have been having problems with the DW1520. I hit the 5ghz SSID on my home network on the first try and it's reconnecting without issue. Great price. Fast shipping. Thank-you for a hassle free repair.

Works great! No issues at all
Works great! No issues at all. Immediately was able to recognize my 5Ghz wireless signal (versus the 2.4 limitation of the other card.) Suggest you download the driver before placing the new wireless card into your machine. Made it a lot easier for Windows to install. This was also a piece of cake to physically install (HINT: go to You Tube to look for the step-by-step instructions). I'm not a techie guy by any stretch, but the video helped immensely.

As a Zino Add-On it Needs Antennas
I bought this WiFi card as an add-on, not a replacement, for a Dell Zino HD 410. Works fine, but be advised that as an add-on it needs two antennas that don't come with it. Several YouTube videos show these antennas mounted just under the cover of the Zino. Google the Dell part number 74N52 and you'll find sources of the antennas. The antennas plug into the two tiny sockets on the DW 1520 card. One antenna has a white wire and mounts to the back of the Zino and the other a black wire and it mounts perpendicular to the other antenna along the right side of the Zino -- take care routing the black wire so that it doesn't interfere with the cooling fan. Otherwise the installation is relatively easy if you follow the several good YouTube videos (search on Dell Zino HD).

The perfect upgrade for ABG Half-size Mini PCI... It would be NICE if it came with a Mini-CD with the Drivers...
The perfect upgrade for ABG Half-size Mini PCI. I made my LAN exclusively Wireless-N to improve speed and needed to upgrade a laptop. This worked great. It would be NICE if it came with a Mini-CD with the Drivers so you don't have to go hunting for the correct Drivers. Windows loads the WRONG Drivers....

Fixed my problems.
Original part had failed me and using a USB adapter was getting old, they tend to be rather fragile and break easy. Part arrived today and after finding the right screwdriver, the old was taken out and new put in. Once again, my laptop can access the internet without any troubles.

Don't buy. Waste of money.
Don't know what he sent me but I doubt it was the DW1520. I was replacing my DW 1501 with the DW 1520. Connection speed dropped to a mere dribble. No marking on the card stating it's the DW1520. I tried installing the drivers and they couldn't find the hardware!?!? Returning.

Just what the PC DR ordered, worked great, no issues, easily recognized by Win 7.
Works as described, installed in a scrap laptop that I bought on the cheap to refurb and this worked like a charm. Windows 7 found it and loaded generic drivers for it, grabbed the OEM driver from Dell and installed that, no issue, online in a snap!
