Highly recommend.....I take it once I think I feel like I'm going to get sick or if I'm going to a crowed place to prevent from getting sick. They changed the taste to this. They made it sweet instead of the bitter taste. It says to mix in with cup of water....I honestly take 2 full vials drops directly into my mouth and that drink water. Highly recommended
