It might feel a little overwhelming at first as it offers way to much information for self identification. However, if you take one page at a time (or less if needed) it will change the way you look at yourself. As my therapist commented "you probably won't need me after you complete your planner" :))) But putting aside all the precious information it gives you, what attracted me most is that you can plan every single day of your life in 30 minutes intervals. I take 10 minutes before bed to plan my next day minute by minute, and then my next day is productive, it keeps me focused, and gently reminds of my priorities. If you can't concentrate on finishing everyday tasks, this planner would 100% be helpful. And as a bonus it comes in beautiful design! You just want to write in it by looking at it. The cover is so soft and pleasant to touch, the pages are of a great quality. Highly highly recommend!!! It's nothing of what you thought of a planner before, it's much much more than just a planner.
