Im not 100% sure but I use this alone as face freshner.. I use ther makeup primer and CC creams as well an very happy with there makeup...great coverage looks natural im 46

No, it is not fragrance free, but it does smell wonderful! Very clean and fresh- aloe and coconut water- very light, but refreshing!!

Is this a legitimate IT product?

Yes I believe so. I have tested this product with the actual IT product and I haven’t noticed any difference!
