great customer service
I bought this to clean my invisalign trays. It dId a good job for about a month. Then it just stopped working. I think an appliance should work more than 8 times before it quits. I wanted to edit this review to tell abut the wonderful customer service I received from Baishan. They noticed my review, contacted me, and volunteered to send me a free replacement. This one is working just fine. I am very impressed with this company and would recommend it to others. I do still use it mostly for my invisalign trays. When I am finished with that, I will probably use it for eyeglasses as well as jewelry.

Doesn't work as advertised
I have tried repeatedly to clean a pair of sterling silver earrings. Have gone the maximum time & have added the recommended dish soap, three time. Nope, this this just doesn't work. Got out my silver polish & manually cleaned the earrings to look like new. My daughter tried to clean her rings that she'd gotten lotion on, down into the base of the settings. After 2 attempts at maximum setting, her rings still had lotion on them. Total crap piece of merchandise.

Fast shipping and Works great!
I love this little cleaner, it really works and well worth the money. You won't be disappointed. I did buy two of their recommended jewelry cleaner solutions so I'd recommend those as well. I'm a coin ring smith (by hobby) and find it a great addition to my tool shed.

Still Cleaning
My unit cleans very well, but it doesn't polish. I'd thought it would polish sterling silver. Perhaps it isn't meant to polish. I'm continuing to clean away bacteria left by Hurricane Matthew.
