This book is handy for any cyclist who enjoys sportive-type rides and distances, and would like to explore the south west of England a little more on their bike! There is a route summary of each route which gives you the title, location, start / finish, distance, ascent, grade and expected time to complete.The instructions for each ride are pretty clear and explain where you are supposed to be going. My only concern is that you could not read the instructions and cycle at the same time!... However with a programmable GPS I am guessing it would help a lot.Overall, this book has given me quite a few ideas for rides and routes including in areas I haven't cycled previously but are within fairly easy reach of where I live.I was sent this book to read and to provide an honest review.Recommended.
