Works Well
This is a winged shaped foam piece that is wrapped in thin, flexible vinyl. If you can see daylight in the corner of the door (top or bottom), it can be used to make that area weather-tight with a little bit of creativity. This item can be cut to fit as long as the continuity of the vinyl is not compromised (from thick end to thin end) and also has adhesive on one side.

Nice and Neat - Works Great
This door weather-strip tape works great and looks great. It's nice and neat and keeps the cold/hot air out at the top and bottom corners of the door. My builder used these and they wear out after awhile. They were hard to find. Home Depot and Lowes didn't carry them. Very good product :).

Causes the Door to Stick and Become Difficult to Open
They work like they should. This is an update after I have had these on for a few months. I am downgrading this from 5 stars to 4. They seem to work great as long as we use the door frequently. However, they cause the door to stick if the door is not used very often. I found that sometimes I need to use a small butter knife to slide between the door and this seal to release the door so it will open.

Fantastic for door drafts
These work great for sealing drafts occurring at the corners of a door. I ordered a package for each exterior door. All have made it through a cold and wet winter without any apparent issues. One of my doors already had some installed. These appear to be the same or higher quality than the originals. I'm glad Amazon.com stocks this product because I was not able to find at any local store. In case you are wondering whether these are paintable, I was told "no" but painted anyhow with Sherwin-Williams Super 25 exerterior satin white. Five of six look good as new after a few months of opening and closing the doors. However, one does have some scrapes and you can see some black showing through. This is probably due to more friction between the door and door frame at that particular spot.

Useless trash
It is impossible to remove the backing without tearing the cover off the foam, and most of the glue sticks to the backing. Do NOT waste your money on this trash.

Not self explanatory
I got this as a "frequently bought together" recommendation, I believe from the M-D Building Products 67967 Kerf Style 36 Inch Vinyl Replacement Door Bottom with Vinyl Fins, Brown (2 Pack) that I ordered at the same time. That item by the way, I felt pretty confident about since it looked very similar TO THE the one I was replacing, down to the top fins which to my surprise already had a gap to shove them in - fit so well I was beside myself thinking that couldn't have been any easier. These things, I didn't really know what I was getting into but I figured they might be an enhancement to the other thing, and was inexpensive. The instructions on the package were super minimal, something like "peel off backing and apply." I quickly realized that these are the kind of thing most people don't know about or get unless a handy buddy or hardware store person recommends them to you - with more elaborate application instructions. The adhesive backing was so stuck to the pads, I'm pretty sure I ruined one of them just trying to pry it off. What was left of the pad wasn't particularly sticky. I applied one to the bottom right corner of the door frame, and the other to the bottom left corner. I have no idea if that's how they're supposed to be applied. Maybe they both go on the same side of the door frame? And from the looks of it now, I don't really see how they will make any sort of difference. So, if you know what you're doing and you know this is what you need, they're probably great. If you're expecting some sort of seal enhancement and to intuitively know how to use them, well... good luck. They're currently only 4 dollars so not a huge investment. And even if you are going in blind like I did, which I don't recommend, the actual process of getting them from the package to application should only take about a minute. Unless you're second guessing yourself the whole time like I did :)

Great for sealing door corner gaps
This is exactly what I needed to seal up the top and bottom of my french doors. No matter how tightly I closed the door there was always daylight and a draft coming from the top and bottom corners of the door. After installing these it completely sealed it up. There are great as long as you know how to use them. I had to put one on top of the stock one to fully seal the gap.

It's really small and expensive for what it is
No, the size is not 3" W x 5" H, it's like 1" x 0.7 ", so disappointed! U can get the same thing in local hardware store for half of the price! Don't waste your time.

I should have read the many reviews that warned buyers just how small and thin these bits of weather-stripping are.Fool me once .....
