I love this hat. It came in a hat box and hat was in pristine condition. I wore it out and got tons of compliments on it. I just love it!! Charlie 1 horse are my favorite hats. This is one of my favorites of my collection.

First off..It arrived a week early which was AMAZING since I was so unsure if this was the hat for me! It was well packaged and not damaged at all!Second… I love the hat. It was a tad big but sizing foam can fix that no problem. This is my first hat of this brand so that was all my fault! If you are in between sizing per Charlie horse hat sizing chart, I would size up and add foam if it is a tad to big. In my opinion better than a headache from a to small hat! Exactly like the seller picture. Great color and quality.!!Still supper impressed with the delivery time!!

Love this hat, but it arrived all bent up and SMASHED! Luckly I was able to reshape it with steam, but this was the WORST delivery of a quality hat I ever received. I really love the hat and do not want to go through the troubles of returning it.

Product arrived damaged. It was the last one left and I am absolutely heartbroken because i am so inlove with this hat. Very very very disappointed.

It looks nice but it had a cancer/reproductive warning sticker. I probably won’t wear it since that freaked me out.

Absolutely love it! I love ordering anything from Rods western wear off of Amazon I get a little bit of a better deal! I cannot wait to wear it with a cute outfit! Perfect for spring and summer.

Really disappointed with how this was shipped! Just put in a box which was half opened by the time it arrived to me- nothing to help keep the shape or indicate that it is fragile and things should not be sat on top of it. The brim is completely bent out of shape!! Hoping I can reshape it with a steam machine. If not total waste of money!!

Hat is cute, but very stiff. I was expecting it to be like straw and it us more like plastic. I have to figure out how to pack it for vacation because it seems like it will break if bent.
