Does this work with a sony a6400 with the sony - e 16-55mm f2.8 g standard zoom lens?

The a6400 and 16-55 probably come in at about 2 lbs. Which is technically under 50% of the maximum payload. That said, I have owned 2 and they have both had trouble supporting 2 lbs without the motors freaking out.
