They do exactly what they're meant to. I struggle with my wrists, so lifiting heavy can sometimes be difficult. These give me the support I need to be able to work out confidently, and know my wrists aren't going to give out on me.There's a little loop to wrap around your thumb, then the rest if a velcro wrap. I don't have large wrists, and these fit fine.

Great for support

I decided to use this product because I feel my wrists are quite weak and small. During a bench press they tend to arch or curl a bit and make it quite a bit harder to push the weight and actually somewhat make my wrists sore. After using these supports it made my wrists a lot more comfortable and my wrist stay in line with the weight so personally this product has worked well for me. I’m not sure if this is down to technique on the bench or if I had a genuine problem with my wrists but either way they worked well for me and hopefully same for you.

Ordered these after I had to take 5 weeks off the gym due to ligament damage caused by working at my computer so much. My physio told me to head back to the gym and support my wrists as well as progressively overload them. These straps have been amazing. I had been wearing a splint which ended up hurting my wrists even more - these support my wrists perfectly, so much that I’ve ordered a second pair to wear whilst I type at work.

Arrived quickly and apprear to be well made, and are thick which will offer good support. The only slight gripe is that they are about an inch too short, In order for the velcro to meet they had be to stretched quite tight (too tightly in my opinion) and I only have small wrists. In the past I've found (with other straps) that if they'retoo tight then I will, over time actually get pain in the wrists. I haven't used these much so not sure how they'll hold up, but at the price, I can't complain.

Very high quality, I like the way the straps velcro bit are lined so I can tell it will last longer, design is nice and it is well sewn together, won't be pulling apart any time soon, but shorter length so it is harder to really crank them tight when going for a 1 RM or anything above an rpe 8, but for hypertrophy sets it's very comfortable and offer good stability

Bought these as i injured my wrist but still wanted to have some decent support working and lifting at the gym whilst the wrist healed, did exactly what I wanted, excellent support, durable and washable
