I use this to train my daughter. For the pricepoint, it is of very good value compared to the full sized, more pleather feeling targets. These targets feel like cheap vinyl and is small (probably sized for juniors) but like a said, a very good value and does tge trick

I thought these were full size for adults, but they seem slightly smaller than the ones we used in class. They work, but we have to be careful.to not kick the hand of the person holding it because they are smaller.

Anyone who has used this type of focus pad before knows that the strap is one of the most important parts. As you can see from the photo these just don’t hold up due to the poor stitching. The strap is also a standard nylon vs the preferred elastic. The red pad didn’t last 10 kicks before breaking and flying across the room. That being said the actual pad is not bad for the price point and if only being used for smaller kids, this isn’t a terrible option given the low price point.

This was an excellent purchase. My daughter started taekwondo 2 months ago, and need some kick pads to practice her front snap kick and round house kick. These pads were perfect, we are using them everyday. She recently pass from white belt to yellow bell. She is the most improved in her class. happy with this purchase.

So i got these in today. And noticed one pad had tear in it.

Mine broke fist training cycle with son still works but floppy not professional grade.... Great for toddlers starting
