I can't understand all the high reviews for these headphones. The build quality of these headphones is very poor. The in ear piece is actually two pieces connected right at the silver ring. What holds this together...some small amount of glue. One of my headphones came apart within the first week of using them. So now that it's apart...guess what happened to the wires connected to the tiny speaker...yep...they came apart (rather easily). Awesome! As of this writing, the other speaker is coming apart as well. I have owned a few pairs of skull candy headphones (which are cheaper) and they have lasted for as long as I have owned them. So what gives here??Oh and that grill at the back of the headphones that makes you think it's there to help air flow and allow the speaker to travel for bass....well it's just for looks...no air makes its way through that grill. Sweet design.The headphones cable is sturdy and strong, which is good. But with that said, they have coated it with a rubber that ends up causing the headphones to tangle easily and then more difficult to untangle (the wire grips itself easily). But I guess all wired headphones are hard to untangle sometimes so meh.The sound quality of these headphones is actually pretty decent (for 30$). I was pleased with them when I had two headphones to listen with.Would I recommend this product? Well if my situation is a one off then I would recommend them purely on the decent sound quality for the price. But these headphones lasted me barely a month. So heck no I cannot recommend them. Who would??...I guess the 100's of 5 star reviewers...

It's only been a week, but I'm in love. All the good things you heard about these are true. I can't speak for the build quality, since not much time has passed. Though the materials are a little cheap in certain places, the parts the count are of better quality than you'd expect coming from $35 earbuds. And the sound quality is superb! I didn't entirely buy into all the hype around it, but it's not just hype - it's a fact. Seriously: buy these guys.

I ordered these earbuds looking for good performance at a pretty low price point. At first, I was very impressed with the packaging and all the extras it came with, however I was disappointed by the sound quality of these earbuds.Quality and design-------------------------------------These earbuds are high quality earbuds. The wire in braided nylon all the way up. It really seems like it would not break and it would be able to survive a lot of stress for a long time. The 3.5mm jack is made of gold making it even more premium. As for the earbuds itself, it looks extremely sleek with the wood and the chrome accents. However, mine came with a lot of chips and scratches on it ruining the appearance. The earbuds really have some nice contrast going on, and it would definitely be an eyecatcher out in publicPerformance-------------------------------------I am no audiophile at all but these earbuds are definitely not for me. They did not really have much emphasis on bass. The sound quality overall was pretty mediocre. However, don't forget that these impressions would be different for everyone. I prefer bass tuned earbuds and these didn't fit my taste. Furthermore, the nylon braided cable caused for even more of an unpleasant listening experience as there was some noise when it rubbed against clothing.Final Thoughts-------------------------------------These earbuds definitely provide great value for the quality itself. It is sleek, has many accessories, and is definitely an eyecatcher. However, the performance to me isn't the greatest. There are many earbuds at the same price point with much better and clearer sound quality. Plus, the nylon braided cable rubbing on clothing calls for an unpleasant listening experience.

5 Stars!I'm now on my third pair. I gave my first pair to my bro cuz he tried it and loved it. Second pair I dropped and stepped on a earbud and crushed the right side.Cuz this is pretty good bang for buck, I'm not afraid to give it some wear and tear and buy another pair if anything goes wrong.1. Great sound quality2. Braided wire doesn't tangle3. Microphone is pretty good for phone calls.4. Red color wire makes it easy to search for when in a bag5. Doesn't break the bank

Headphones work great so far, I love them. Cancels out most other noise. Only slight downside is that they're hard to sleep in because of the shape unless you're on your back.Also nice that they come with a bag but they're nice enough that I'm fine with having them out at all times hehehe.
