The large size in these fit me fine. Just as good as more expensive brands. Perhaps a little more bulky than some but does the job for me. Waiting for a spine op so hoping I won't need these much longer, but if I do I would buy this brand again. Make sure you click on the packaging - I clicked to get these sent in Amazon packaging (box), because if you don't they will arrive with details of what they are on the side of their own packaging. Obviously depends if you are bothered who knows what's in the box or not. Give these a try and see what you think. They do stretch well and a large fits up to UK size 22. I am 'shaped like a bee' and they fit me well enough. Easy to rip off down the sides. Have marking so you know front from back although I can't tell much difference. Good value too.

These don't even look like your wearing them. But very absorbant. And comfortable to wear.

These were affordable post partum alternatives. I have tried Always and Tena both post partum and they were really bulky. These sit nicer under clothes and aren't as bulky and more comfortable. Absorbtion sits about the same for all brands but these are a fraction of the price so it's a no brainer.The only thing making it lose a star was that one pack the Absorbing part was a bit patchy on a few in a rouge packet but all others were fine.

Pants are brilliant. comfortable, no leaks. Better than most other branded ones. I use them at night Excellent subscribe and save service.

I bought these incontinence pants in bulk purchase....they are very good for urine leaks which unfortunately I suffer from....comfortable to wear and I forget I'm wearing them....I'm not aware of them all the time which I have done with other types of incontinence pants....I always wear a pair of frilly knickers over the top of them to make me feel more feminine....they are not too high up so not viewable under my frilly knickers....I give them 5 out of 5 and will be purchasing again because they are good value for money for slight urine leaks that I have....I don't think that they would be suitable for heavy urine loss...

I was using a dearer make of these pantie style pads, then on the off chance, I thought I'd give these a go for when i am at home, and I have to say I am impressed! They are nothing fancy or have odour control but they are doing the job and I feel comfortable going out in them. I have now put them on a save and subscribe, and there will stay for as long as they are doing the job.
