Recommended - for a good reason. The smaller the bubbles your ozonizer makes, the more ozone goes in the water and not into the air. Most ozonizers keep their prices down and their profits up by giving you a cheap airstone with their unit that makes big inefficient bubbles - meaning you need to run your machine about twice as long for the same result - and this will of course waste your time and shorten its life. Also to be considered is that the cheap stones often break down in the presence of ozone and lose grits - and who knows what else - into the water. A couple of these things will last you a good long time, and your ozone machine - and nose and lungs - will thank you for getting the most ozone into the water in the least time. Cheers...!

These replaced the little round ball diffuser that came with our Ozone machine and fell apart after 30 days of use. So far this replacement works perfectly and doesn't show any signs of degradation at all. We use our ozonator every day. I'm impressed with the quality. Oh, and the delivery was much quicker than anticipated, and customer service was exceptionally quick to respond to my inquiry of a missing item in shipment and shipped additional item immediately. Great Service!

Good bubblee

These Stones, (I have only used one) last much longer than the ones supplied with my ozone machine.

These air stones are great. They produce a large amount of very fine bubbles. Very easy to clean and they last forever. Any time i need to purchase diffusers it will be from bubble mac inc.

Neat diffuser and it won't dissolve or crumble as a normal diffuser will do.

Called and they suggested this diffuser. Definitely puts out more ozone.
