Excellent safe and Excellent Installation
The safe is excellent and arrived when expected. It's not going to stop a determined thief - not a lot of those where I live anyway, but certainly makes it hard unless the person is determined. I also ordered the installation - which was seamless. They contacted me a couple of times to make sure the safe had arrived and to confirm the time. They were in and out in 15 minutes. They can also help with setting the password etc. if the user had not done that already. One thing to note is that some safes (not the Sentry Safe) need both a key and a combination. I think this is not what most users expect and would be annoying to in practice.

Muy fácil de operar, con llave o combinación. Marca super reconocida. Tengo otra desde hace 30 años y funciona como nueva, así espero de ésta.

NOT a fire safe...
...to be clear this is a strong box that you can anchor to the wall or floor. And in that light, it works very well!

Perfect size: not too small/not too big for an average 3 people household.
The delivery was an issue. We first received the safe with the crooked/broken front panel door (not sure how you can break the integrity of a safe while transporting, although the box that came in was intact), and we couldn't open the safe with the master key. Went online for a return/replacement, and the replacement arrived within a week, which was before I shipped back the damaged safe for return. For this, I will give 5 stars for customer service. The replacement works just fine, and the size and sturdiness are as we initially hoped for.

Works fine, thinner material, light. Nice security cable.
Works fine. Feels a little thin, but it's a simple safe. I like the security cable. Easy to use rather than mounting to the floor.
