Q: Are the fitting secure enough that this could be used for a home gym - exercise bands? Would need to hold up to 200lbs+ of resistance.

RATING - There is no rating on the L Track as the rating is affected by the material these are attached to. The Single Stud Fitting with Round Ring is rated based on the angle of the pull: Straight Pull 1,333 lb. Working Load Limit (WLL) | 45 Degree Pull 1,000 lb WLL | 90 Degree Pull 667 lb. WLL.

Q: Can you get pieces not pre-drilled? My truck has 3 mounting points already, my fear is that the pre-drilled holes will be too close or overlap .

Unfortunately we cannot get these without holes. They come from the manufacturer pre-drilled.

Q: Can this be used vertically in a home gym to position stretch bands for PT?

I don’t see why it wouldn’t. Sounds like a great idea.
