Spettacolare e funziona anche sull’induzione
Bella, solida, funziona sull’induzione, va in forno, sul fuoco vivo, va a temperature alte e cuoce uniformemente, gran padella. Ha una maniglia distaccata per movimentare la padella senza perdere le dita. C’è anche un vassoio in legno, è un pó leggerino ma von un pó di carta alluminio si preserva! Attenzione alla ghisa, ha bisogno di cure e manutenzione costante!
