it is not working with mac , and i asked for return and no one respond

My last one lasted about 6-7 years since 2017. I've not ever dropped it or anything and it still failed me gradually... i think it should've lasted longer but it's been some good long years so it's fine... my new one works perfectly. To be honest the price is quite high too but I haven't come across anything better so I can't complain. Overall it is a great thunderbolt adapter

Je met 4 étoiles car l'adaptateur que j'ai reçu me semblait pas neuf. J'ai trouvé des tâches de café ou autre sur celui-ci. Après j'en avais un besoin urgent donc étant donné qu'il fonctionnait je l'ai gardé. Livraison nickel et produit conforme.

Gets pretty hot. Otherwise would give it 5 stars. Still works fine. Make sure you pad it with something to give it some space - if close to another device - like an SSD.

Non do cinque stelle perché il prezzo mi sembra davvero eccessivo. Uso l'adattatore con un cavo thunderbolt 2 della stessa marca per collegare la mia interfaccia audio (MOTU) al mio laptop Windows (Dell XPS). Mi è stato consigliata questa marca perché l'adattatore Apple non funziona correttamente con Windows. Per il momento sono soddisfatto, funziona senza alcun problema.

This adapter works perfectly. I use it to connect my Thunderbolt 3 laptop to my Caldigit TS2 docking station. The main problem it has is the "embedded" USB-C cable. It is very short and therefore fiorces you to keep the device next to the laptop. This is not always practical. For example, if you have a laptop stand on your desk, or even a laptop arm to place your laptop, the adapter will generally hang from the laptop in the air, applying tension to the wire.I have a laptop arm which is the worst as the laptop is quite high from the desk. I used double-sided tape to attach the device under the tray of the arm and run my TB2 cable from the device through the arm down to the docking station. Even so, doing a 180 turn with the cable to insert into the laptop is very tight and I think will eventually wear the cable out.I would prefer it if I could stick (with double-sided tape) the adapter on my docking station instead, but this is not possible due to the length of the attached cable.A much better design would've been if they simply had two female ports (TB3 and TB2) so you can run your own TB3 and TB2 cables, of whatever length you need. This would've been much more versatile and reduced the cost of the device.
