Great Robe
Got this robe 3 days ago. Another reviewer wrote there was a weird smell to it just out of the package- that was true, so I put it straight into the wash. An hour and a half later, I put it on after a shower. It's a perfect weight for the cool winter months: heavy without being too bulky. The inner terry cloth is soft, and I love the look of the outer microfiber. The belt having two choices of loops is a big plus for me because I have a long body (and short legs), and I need it on the lower level to sit at my natural waist (this has been a problem for other robes - I usually don't have the belts in loops because they sit too high around my ribcage). The sizing is accurate - I got a medium and I am 5'4" and weigh 131lbs. I wanted a long robe, and at my height it sits about 8" off the floor - just what I was looking for! It seems to be of excellent quality: I hung it by the loop overnight and had no problems. The seems all seem to be secure. I can't speak to its absorbency, because I am not one of those that goes straight from shower to robe. I dry off with a towel first. But the back got wet from my hair and that seemed to dry by the next morning with no problems. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Finally found the perfect bathrobe!
After trying and returning a number of other robes, I found one I love.Fleece robes don't breathe, and end up making me sweat and swelter, sometimes even when the house is chilly ...not to mention building up a formidable static charge that nearly electrocutes me when I eventually touch metal! Terry robes generally look ratty after a few washings, and certainly nothing about either a fleece robe or most terry robes looks handsome or tailored, as this one does. While I have not washed this one yet, I hope that it holds up well and comes out looking as nice as it does presently. The terry cloth lining is soft, comfortable, absorbent, and cool against the skin, and the outer microfiber shell is lightweight, soft, nice-looking, and just the greyish color I was looking for. The weight is ideal, and I find myself comfortable in it no matter what the temperature in the house. The sleeves, remarkably, are the perfect length, not getting wet at the sink while I shave or wash my face, and not requiring me to constantly roll them up or pull them back, which grows tiresome. I am average height (5'9") and believe my arms are of normal length, but I have rarely found robe sleeves of the ideal length, as these are. The white piping adds a great, tailored appearance to the robe, too. This is the ideal robe (to me), and I recommend it enthusiastically!UPDATE: The robe came through the washer/dryer looking good as new!

perfect
I am 5'4", 115# and the small is perfect; it is not too fitted or too baggy. The sleeves are just right because they're long enough to keep my arms and wrists warm and rolling them up just once is fine for washing my face. The belt loop in the back keeps the belt in place and makes it look neat rather than slouchy; there are 2 loops on each side, one lower than the other to adjust it to your preference on the waist. It is just the right weight because it doesn't fly away from my body in slight breeze (like walking) and it doesn't feel heavy or pull on my shoulders. I love the length. I don't trip on the stairs but it is long enough to keep my lower legs covered (warm). Best of all, it wraps far enough around that it stays closed when I sit down. The pockets are in the right place--good size, and an extra inside. It is perfect to put on just barely toweled off from the shower. It is also pretty enough (I ordered teal), that I can answer the door if I haven't changed yet. I'm so glad I splurged on this gift to myself. One more thing: my best friend had her guest room closet "stocked" with this robe. I felt special when I visited her and it was great because I love robes but I would never pack one. It's a great idea for guest rooms.

Really Nice, But Has Some Design Flaws
This robe feels very nice and it's relatively good quality. As others have noted, though, it has a ridiculous inside pocket that gets all bunched up and creates bulk around the midriff, so I'll have to take it to the tailor to have it removed. The shawl collar doesn't fold over and lie down properly. One side seam is slightly longer than the other. The Aqua color is actually a Baby Blue. Despite the design flaws, I've decided to keep it since it's the only spa-like robe I can find that comes in an XS to fit my petite frame.

Best give ever!
Warm, cuddly, not heavy weight be substantial. Not fleece which makes me sweat. I'm really short (4'11") and the length is good. Above my ankles.

Pretty in Pink Plush!!
I was looking for a nice quality robe and found it in the Luxury Spa Robe. The microfiber is as soft, smooth and luxurious as velvet and the warm cotton terry lining keeps me perfectly toasty, but not too much; I can wear this robe here in Hawaii and it is perfect. Believe it or not our fall/winter mornings can be a little chilly so this keeps me warm enough without overdoing it. I like the length and pockets also. There is a pocket in the lining inside too which is great for keeping things such as reading glasses if you wear them. The color is very pretty too. I love the pink and white color combination together! It's a great quality robe AND a great investment. I really do feel like I'm in the spa! Would definitely recommend!!

After 9 years, time to buy another one! Held up so well!
I bought this robe in 2012, wore it every single morning and night, every single day!Wash it about once a month, still so soft and completely usable, the lining just now started to rip a little bit and I've stained the front with some whitening toothpaste that actually whitened it! So time for an new one!Ordered this morning, the old one is good enough still that I'll put it in our RV!Thank you! I got my new one today and it is identical just like I was hoping! <3
