Great product strong metal clip that holds harness, sturdy clasp for back pack holds quite a bit for a small back pack could fit a lunch in easy or keys phone hat and scarf washes well good quality really good product reasonable price very happy looks great š

Love it! I read other reviews about the tether being too short, so I bought a retractable XS dog leash (also from Amazon) to match the backpack. I felt bad getting an actual dog leash but I'm glad I did! It's so small it doesn't look like its for a puppy! It actually fits right in the side pocket of the backpack It's a perfect match. Happy with both purchases. Now my little runner/climber will be a little safer.

Perfect for 1-3 year olds
I bought this as a birthday gift for my niece after my daughter recieved the unicorn for her first birthday.It is a most loved item in our home! The size is perfect for my now 18 month old. It easily holds a few diapers, pack of wipes, some snacks and the cupholder on the side works well with our munchkin 360 cup. Also great when you don't want to carry a purse.The harness seems comfortable. My toddler refuses to remove it so I feel safe in that assumption. The clip is too tough for a toddler to undo so that's good.I have only used it as a leash once or twice, and I clipped it to the top of the bag as the bottom seems like it would surely knock a kid off her feet. I did enjoy the leash, it was fun and useful.Overall, we love these adorable backpacks. Just wish they came in all the skip hop animals.

Terrible leash position
Nice as a backpack but the string or leash is a waste of a feature and the reason I bought it. If you pull from the leash the kid will fall on his face cause it is located right around the kids waist/center of gravity so what I thought would give me the ability to let him walk on his own but keep a safety line in case of emergency turned out to be useless and harmful to my kid. The backpack shoulder straps should be designed more as a harness and locate the leash from the center or the top of the bag rather than under it.

Bastante satisfecha con la compra, es justo lo que necesitaba
La mochila es pequeƱa, pero me parece un tamaƱo adecuado para que mi niƱo de dos aƱos la cargue: le cabe un cambio de ropa y un vaso de agua. Los materiales son de buena calidad y el diseƱo es atractivo, a mi niƱo le encanta y acepta muy bien usarla, incluso desde que la usa intenta correr menos y "escapar", de forma que ya no tenemos que llevarla a todos lados. El broche de seguridad que lleva al frente es un poco corto, me imagino que en un par de aƱos ya no podrƩ cerrarlo, pero espero para ese entonces ya solo la usƩ como mochila.
