Delivery arrived in time , however when opened package it was all moldy and disgusting inside.This was a product to go on face !Not acceptable and obviously not checked before sent out.

This is great for migraines. Just wish it stayed cold for longer. I have several types of these and this one is the comfiest to wear.

Opened the box to find my hands covered in the gel from the ice pack and a foul smell. The mask has rotted in the box and I could count about 5 holes. Because of this the product has grown mould.

I was keen to try this because I have blocked sinuses and enjoy using gel face and eye masks. I like the idea of one I can clean with isopropyl and use again with my own masks and serums. Unfortunately, I have been ill since Christmas weeks and my breathing is too poor to use regularly right now. Whilst it is super cooling and I loved the feel on my skin it made me feel too claustrophobic with my breathing so poor with a chest infection aggravating my asthma to use again until the antibiotics do their job now.When first opening I thought the gel was leaking as it was wet and it looked like some of the pouches were empty. My son pointed out cooling gel pads often get damp when packed tightly- he uses lots of cooling pads for plantar fasciitis. We quickly realised the gel flows into each area depending on how it’s pressed out. After drying it with kitchen roll we kept manipulating it to check for leaks and there weren’t any. I put it in the fridge as I can’t handle frozen packs with fibromyalgia and my face is the only place I use cooled products full stop. That was the last day I was feeling well as my cold developed to a chest infection. I managed to use it one day but realised I need to recover and have my asthma under control again. If you find sheet or gel masks make you feel too claustrophobic (many do) then I wouldn’t recommend this at all. It is very soothing and something I will enjoy using regularly, for skin care and sinus relief or migraines. As long as it doesn’t get damaged and spring leaks it’s incredible value for money. I would recommend using a medical cleanser between uses. I have isopropyl in but any cleanser you keep for derma rollers etc would do.The Velcro did get stuck in my hair until I found a way to avoid it. It’s strong Velcro so it hurt and I’d suggest to practice fastening before use. I’m not a fan of Velcro on eye mask either but those aren’t as big as this. I’d prefer another method of fastening but I’ve managed to work it out. It’s not going anywhere once it’s secured with this Velcro!I’ve only given this 4 stars because I find, like their magic gel packs, the instructions are so contradictory. There are places they claim hot and cold use then it tells you never to heat. It’s an issue across the range that needs addressing and could lead to a serious accident. The information included needs to be focused on use or include a separate, and concise, leaflet clearly labelled ‘Before Use’. A lot of ‘preachy’ information on diet and life habits when all that’s needed is clear instructions for use that ensure you don’t put it in the microwave!

This product is really no good half of it had leaked out of the sealed mask and then shortly after the straps just broke off anyway. I suppose that’s what you get for a tenner, but probably better just to hold onto your tenner.

I’ll be honest from reading the instructions I’m a bit confused on the approach with this face ice mask. On the small booklet it says it is suitable for hot or cold, yet when you read the extra information leaflet it says do not expose to high temperatures, hot water, oven, microwave or other heating methods. It then states never use directly on the skin as extreme temperatures could cause burns always wrap in a cloth or protective sleeve. Nothing comes with the pack and the model pictured does not appear to be wearing one.So as I was not overly sure with how to proceed I decided to at least chill it in the fridge for a few hours. The face pack has a network of ice packets and with design it can be contoured around the face and the head strap did keep it in place. It did feel reasonably comfortable despite its strange look. As well as treating migraines, it can be used for sinus pain and removing puffiness from eye area.I wore it for ten minutes as I wasn’t overly sure if it would be safe without a cover rather than risk irritating skin. I did find that it was cool on my face.My favourite part was sneaking up behind my fiancé and scaring him with my unusual mask, he did have a bit of a fright so it was worth it.After I took it off I did feel quite refreshed and it did wake me up as I was feeling a bit tired. This would be great for a hot day when you need to cool down. Priced at £10.99 is good value for a reusable ice pack but it does need clearer instructions.

Just what I needed for relief of burning itching from allergic reaction. I put a Muslim face cloth between face and mask as it is really cold!

My daughter has just come home from having double jaw surgery…this mask was waiting for us when we arrived home. It was sent very quickly!However when we opened the box, the mask was mouldy.She now has nothing to use until another can be sent to replace it!Very disappointing!

The media could not be loaded.  As a person who suffers from migraines, i thought this product would be perfect.When I opened the product I noticed a weird color. Then upon closer look, I noticed weird dots and such. It’s moldy….it had mold. 🤢 🤮It shall be returned. Don’t recommend, if I could give it 0 stars I would

Impossibile tenerla indossata più di 3/4 minuti .. e comunque non ha una durata di 20 minuti di gelo... La indossi e dopo due minuti hai la faccia congelata e se provi a metterla e toglierla dopo 10 minuti scarsi ha perso la sua efficacia. Restituita

En casa solemos usar mucho todo tipo de apliques de gel ya sea azul, de bolitas, transparente, de diferente tamaño, con velcro o sin él. Als ich diese Gel-Gesichtsmaske gesehen habe, war ich sofort neugierig und habe mich gefreut, dass ich sie ausprobieren durfte. Die Maske lässt sich einfach auseinandernehmen bzw. wieder zusammenlegen. Sie hat einen Klettverschluss und man kann sie leicht am Hinterkopf verschließen. Es sieht schon witzig aus, wenn man sie trägt. Mein Mann hat sich erstmal ordentlich vor mir erschreckt.Anfangs riecht die Maske ein wenig. Aber kurze Zeit auslüften, dann ist es ok.Ich habe manchmal Kopfschmerzen oder auch Migräne, für diese Momente wollte ich die Maske haben.Ich habe sie im Kühlschrank liegen, damit sie einsatzbereit ist. Sie ist sehr angenehm, wenn ich Kopfschmerzen habe. Der kühlende Effekt lindert die Schmerzen und entspannt mich.Die Maske ist sehr hilfreich bei Kopfschmerzen und Migräne. Ich vergebe 5 von 5 Sternen.

Ce masque a été conçu par une PME située au Royaume-Uni, spécialisée depuis 10 ans sur ce thème, et qui propose une gamme assez impressionnante de produits similaires.Ce masque très original, qui ressemble un peu à un masque de lutteur Mexicain, et qui peut faire peur à votre entourage une fois en place (prévenez-les à l'avance qu'Elephant Man est dans la maison), se place dans votre frigo ou congélo pour stocker le froid avant d'être enfilé sur la tête.Pour ma part je vous conseille l'option frigo : si vous le mettez en bas du frigo le masque sera rapidement à 3°c, et c'est bien suffisant pour décongestionner le visage, même si les pastilles de gel ne sont pas énormes, et du coup le froid ne dure pas des heures non plus... Si vous optez pour le congélo, prévoyez un linge fin entre votre peau et le masque.Il y a une grosse patte de fixation avec scratch à l'arrière. Elle aurait pu être un poil plus longue pour ceux qui comme moi ont une grosse tête. C'est le seul petit reproche que l'on pourrait (peut-être) faire à ce produit. Pour le reste, la qualité de fabrication est excellente, et du coup le rapport qualité/prix aussi.A l'usage, le masque est très agréable car le plastique est doux, et cela procure une bonne détente, propice à éliminer mal de tête ou migraine. C'est super d'avoir du froid sur tout son visage, et pas seulement le front. Petite astuce : inspirez par le nez et expirez par la bouche pendant quelques minutes pour accélérer le refroidissement de votre tête...Par contre si vous souffrez de fortes migraines envisagez un modèle plus épais, opaque et qui enveloppe toute la tête.Certaines clientes utilisent ce masque pour prendre soin de leur peau (action du froid sur la peau), mais là l'efficacité est bien plus difficile à juger !
