Very impressed with the wonderful customer service. One of the clasp was loose and would not stay latched. They immediately offered to replace. This was wonderful so that our girls could all wear them sooner, rather than later, or having to wait too long for one of them to get a new necklace. They are cute nacklaces for the girls to show off their unbreakable bond! Love it!

Ordered this for my daughter and her two best friends and each necklace is larger than I expected and they LOVE them and wear them every day! So far surviving school and bus and recess etc. for the cost I expected it to be smaller but the size is great. The girls love to put them together to form a heart and I love that they have this aoecial thing they wear to celebrate their friendship.
