This rain shower unit is so well made and expressive packed with care as well. My contractor suggested it and it was a spot on choice . Works amazing my family love it!

When I saw this I fell in love but the cost was above my budget ($30-40 more) so I ended up going with a different system, smaller head, round, etc... When I went to install it the whole thing felt cheap. The valve was soldered together and not even straight. The mounting screws were level so trying to get your handle to sit flush and look nice would be v difficult. The final straw was the fact that I had to drill into the tile to mount the handle for the shower wand AND drill a hole for the water supply for it (I hate drilling holes in tile).So I went back online and lo and behold this one was on some Christmas sale and the price as almost the same as the lower cost alternative. When it arrived the difference in quality was immediately obvious. The valve is a one piece unit, set in a plastic casing which includes the holes to mount it. No problem getting it flush. Simple to install with 4 male thread to pex pieces. I used pex-al-pex, which is stiffer than regular pex and also holds a shape better (no springing back into a coil or whatever), to make my connections. It was super easy.The only challenge I had was the drop ear elbow for the wand. I thought I had set it almost as far forward as I could against the backer board (1/2") but it ended up being just a tad too shallow. I had a minor leak when I turned the water to full hot and let it run for a few minutes. After applying 15 windings of tape I was able to get it to not leak and sit properly.It looks amazing, works great and hopefully will last (the true test).

I purchasedthe embather as part of a major house remodel effort. Professionals did the work. The professionals were very impressed with the quality of the embather shower hardware. To the point of one wanting to know where to buy embather fixtures for his next project. Now that the shower is complete, I'm very impressed with the functionality of the embather shower. The pressure is the highest I have experienced from a rain type of fixture. The appearance of the embather fixture look at home in a custom ceramic tile shower.

Adding a star. After sending an email about the handle, I got a reply - on the weekend and less than 24 hours after sending my email Within another day - including Sunday, I had the new handle in my mailbox on the Monday. So, cue one for fast reply and service.Still can't be full 5 stars because the initial problem, the difficulty finding contact information, and the smallish coverplate. Overall seems good build quality. Of course, longevity is the true test, but right now seems ok and a steal for the price.-----------So, I will revise my review depending on what happens with my warranty request. Right now:Installed. Fairly easy, although the sizing of the holes, and how far you need the plumbing to project into your shower wall is really important. Around the handheld, the wall cover is small - so it doesn't cover up the full hole I made in the tile. So now I have to figure out a stop gap there. It would have been perfect if the cover was the same size as the one that goes around the shower arm.. So, mainly my fault for not triple checking that.BUT - I tuned on the water and tested the handheld - water came shooting out of the top seal. Not super great. So I have a warranty request in to [email protected], which is the only contact info I was able to find (on the Amazon product page.. nothing in the packaging or instructions).Also, with the handheld off, I noticed that the waterflow isn't fully controlled. If you have the diverter turned to the handheld, even with the water off, I can tell that the water is slowly flowing into that, as it is slowly leaking out of the handheld tube end.Over, the look is nice.. it's supposed to be brushed nickle, but it's a bit shinier that that.In the end, I just don't want any leaks.. so time will tell, as will the warranty response.

The media could not be loaded.  The finish of this rain shower faucet set is what I would call a true matte black. All of the pieces have a nice heft to them and it feels like quality metal, quality fixtures, quality tubing, etc.The style and design of this is what I would call modern class. It would blend in with most current style bathrooms and if you had a home that was a little bit older it could be a nice update as well.Exceptional design inside and out. This comes with easy to follow instructions. I don't see anyone having any trouble installing this if they just take the time to read what is included.It won't take you anything more than standard tools to install this in your bathroom and probably no more than an hour's worth of time.So it won't take you very long to be singing in the rain and style and at a very reasonable price.Best Features:- Modern Look and Design- Simple Installation Instruction- Wide Rain Shower Head

Heavy duty quality. Much nicer than expected. Nicely packaged.Sophi was very helpful at customer service regarding my questions.Had to get used to using handle as hot / cold were a little different than usual.A great value and a great look.

This set was beautifully packaged and the quality is outstanding. The price was good and I love the design. It's not install yet but should function well. Glad to see so many great products that are a good value being sold on Amazon.
