I found these to be quite mild in effect!
Overall the effect of this product was mild and not at all relaxing or sedating as other products of this herb I had used previously.

In the zone
I have been trying various other brands of Ashwagandha and this is by far not only the cheapest for the strength but it really is brilliant. I feel very grounded and in the zone. I taken a tablet before a very important job interview and I had 0 nerves, I was able to easily deal with a 3 on 1 interview and had such a great time. Just try them you will not be disappointed.

The description clearly say 5% withanolids but its only 3% withanolids on the back of the packet it also 300mg capsuls and its packet says 1000mg its faulse advertizing if u ask me a wont be getting any more thanks but no thanks
