So I'll start off with I used this to hold my baby Akita. In the video, he's about 2.5 - 3 months old. For more exact reference he is 28 lbs here. This pen was surprisingly easy to assemble - literally it's just the heavy duty plastic doors held together by large easy-to-insert rods. The only slight work you'll do is adding the mini gate door which also was a breeze and bonus: the door swings with ease, latches work great, your dog will not get out of the door. Pen has plenty of space and it's great as a place to section off for your dog to just chill in his own corner/area. I use it for my dog to sleep in with his pillow bed, blanket, and toys and if he's in trouble he'll go in there on his own so he definitely recognizes it as his own safe space. He's now 6 months going on 7, about 65 lbs now so much bigger but can still fit through the mini gate. He still has space to comfortably turn around, play a bit (think chase his tail, play tug of war with his blanket, innocent pillow puppy humping), and still retreats to this space as his sanctuary. He also can still stretch all the way out comfortably for a good nap or sleep whenever he chooses. However he is getting to the point where he'll soon outgrow this pen (probably by 8/9 months?). If he really puts up a fuss he can knock the pen down but it does require effort on his part. Consistent repeated effort lol. The octagonal shape is key to keeping the structure upright and even if your pet knocks against the plastic walls the pen doesn't fall easily. Overall it's been fantastic. :)Would not recommend if you need a pen that easily transports between different households or locations. It is very sturdy and a bit too heavy to keep moving. Easy enough to move within one given household though. Would not recommend for kennel training bc it's way too much space, would only recommend for pups that are already potty trained OR you could use one corner for a puppy pad but don't know how that'd work out.

I purchased this 2 Panel gate to keep my 19 lb Morkie on my deck, and it is working out perfectly. I just lay it against the deck opening. It is sturdy enough to stay put. My dog doesn't go near it. It hasn't been bothered by the harsh weather/storms we have had not too long ago either. I do recommend this gate.

The size is perfect, very easy to put together. Very easy to take apart and clean. Great for travel. The height is perfect for small dogs.

What I disliked : explanation of instructions and hardware. The 2 metal latch plates were not flat. There were 3 curved metal plates. Not two so I kept rereading the instructions. The instructions were not clear. I took the hardware apart 3 times and then figured out you don’t even need the CURVED latch plates because the latch plates. If the plates were flat that would be better.What I liked is the size, poles and can be opened up to cover a door opening.

Easy to assemble and take down. Quality materials.

I have several of thee pens for my yorkies. I will warn, some yorkies climb like cats. I have 2 that will. I did buy a top for one pen and it worked well for awhile. Then the yorkie chewed through it (it was mesh) and got out. don't trust the pens in yard if you aren't watching the pup. I can and do take some larger panels from another pen I have and 'top' the pens with and the pups can not get out. I do not leave my dogs outside alone though (in case).

The playpen itself is great, but it was missing the hardware to attach the door, which made it useless. The manufacturer was notified and promptly replied that hardware would be mailed out. Haven’t received as of yet (it has only been a few days) but a confirmation that the hardware was actually shipped would have been greatly appreciated so I’d know whether to return the item or wait for the hardware.

This is my 3rd time puchasing this. So convenient that I keep one at work, and 2 at home in different rooms so that I don't have to move it. Keeps my puppy content and contained when necessary. Very easy to set up don't even need instructions.

Muy fácil de armar y mover.Lo puedes armar según tus necesidades de espacio con todos los paneles o menos paneles.Pensé que se podría caer facimente pero no, al estar armado con la mayoría de los paneles queda bastante rígido.

Our puppy loves his space. It’s presentable to have in our living area! Much nicer than a crate for a smaller dog.
