Nice comfortable shape and heart design handle. Lots of color and the fierce lion rampant all around mug. The Lion details can be variable depending on what heraldic item you check.I was not sure how easy the handle might be but it is very nicely designed for comfort.Normal grip hold or room to slip fingers through opening and hug mug if you like.Got this as companion to the Highland Cow decked out in plaid. Happy with both and sometimes what's in the cup tastes just a bit better. Holds 12oz plus room to spare for extras. A wee dram of something perhaps!Very giftable perhaps with a nice tea or some K-cups.

This mug is strong, safe for making tea in a microwave, and perfectly beautiful. (I actually felt a sense of loss when I dropped and broke it today!) It is a wonderful memory of my time in Scotland. I hope to get another.

Absolutely beautiful, got this for a Scottish friend and she loves it, says this is now her regular cup she has to have her tea or coffee in. It's a lovely cup, good price, and delicate looking but feels a bit heavier and more sturdy than it looks. It's so pretty I'm wanting one for myself!

An extremely nice mug that does exactly what it is supposed to do (hold my coffee). Wish the colors of the tongue and claws were correct. They should be blue, but it's a beautiful mug anyway.

This mug is beautiful, colors are vibrant. Handle is very comfortable to hold onto. Delicate mug, but keeps the coffee warm!
