Better than the oil paint
I found the similarly branded white oil paint in this range challenging to use but this water based magnolia was a delight. Got a really nice finish in two coats. Easy to use and easy to clean brushes.

not smooth gloss
I used it to paint a radiator in the bathroom. It was easy to use and it did dry quickly. It was not gloss more of a shiny hammered effect, which was OK for what I wanted it for.

Silk at best
Colour is good.I did not realise it was water based until cleaning the brush.So a complete waste of time and money.I painted over old gloss paint. New paint can be scratched off with my finger nail .Finish is slightly gloss, more like silk.Now I have to scrape it all off and buy some proper gloss paint and redo.
