Im not sure I feel like the massaging vibration wrap works completely on its own. With my work, craft hobbies you tend to end up sitting for far too long and need something to relieve the shoulders / neck aches. It's comfortable, you don't need to hold it in place, which is a bonus, but can only use for 15 minutes. Noise seems loud, but when someone next to you tries, doesn't seem as loud as you think. Heat setting works okay. As it's vibrations I don't feel it does enough on its own, for me personally I tend to use this with heat almost like a warm up, then straight onto the shiatsu kneading massager.Overall good price, comfortable but doesn't do enough on its own for what I want.

Like the heat setting. Can be very noisy when on the massage mode, so tend to use the first setting. Helps sooth aching shoulder joints, ? arthritic, and helps muscle pain. Works well for me.

Very happy with this, great heat from it and it really relieves my shoulder stress pain. I can work with the low massage level but not with the higher ones, they vibrate a bit too much. It works very well though and I'd recommend it. Decent length cord too for the sofa in the evenings, perfect for the desk.

It is easy to set up and comfortable to wear.The heating option doesn't give off a massive heat more of a gentle warmth so if you are getting it for that reason I would shop around.The massage seems to focus on one place by my shoulder blades so again in you are looking for neck specific maybe look elsewhere.Overall not bad just not life changing.

This item simply doesn't work, it's actually not funny at all how bad it is. The most use you could get is from the warming feature which offers zero pain relief but may be nice in winter. Or you could just use the central heating, it's far cheaper.
