I've shopped around a lot for these PTZ cams and so far have bought 2. The first one, hiesense I think it was, was absolutely terrible. After sending that one back I was looking for another and I spotted this in my long search. It seemed to have all the features I wanted(including being cheap) so I took a shot.I gotta say I'm really happy after putting it up and testing it out for a few hours. The target tracking is 2-3x the speed of the last one I had and tracks more accurately. The setup was also far easier. My previous cam wouldn't recognize the QR code or the AP hotspot, I had to connect it via wire to setup. This cam found the router without even having to scan a QR code, I was amazed, linked right up. The speaker is LOUD for how small it is. I was testing it out and accidently said "Come out with your pants down"(Beavis reference) and didn't notice my neighbor was getting their mail!! Oops!! But hey I did get to see the reaction because this cam is so awesome! AND it comes with a 32gb SD card!It also will take a snapshot when it detects movement and push that to your phone. The last cam I had would not do that unless you paid for their cloud service!! Beware of cam companies pushing their cloud service, they may disable features unless you buy it.My only complaint so far is that it won't do human recognition AND target tracking together only motion detection and human recognition. No target tracking. So when you target track you get a lot of false alarms from vehicles but its' able to track cars as they go by and it constantly records so it's quite useful.Pros:fast turret speedtarget trackingscreenshot push notification24/7 recording optioneasy setupgood picture qualityCons:No zoom (usually not great anyway)Human filter only for detection mode not target tracking.

This is the 2nd camera I bought from them.It has very good and clear picture, just like the 1st.I was able to set the camera up on my first try without any help; just look over the very good manual.These are the basic/general steps:1. Connect your Android or IOS device to a 2.4GHz router (the camera will link to this SSID).2. Run iCSee app (install and create an account as appropriate).3. Press + in iCSee app (top right) to link the camera to the device.4. Plug in the camera; wait for the prompt: When the camera says, "wait to be configured," press wifi option in iCSee.5. Follow the prompts in iCSee to enter wifi credentials (password, etc.).The camera will then connect to your router and the video can be seen in iCSee.If you have a problem, there is a reset button under the rubber flap on the camera head.If you want to view it on a PC, my first camera connected to iSpy fine, and I suspect this one will too, as it is very similar.I encountered one small glitch:Out of the box, the camera head was tilted diagonally about 45 degrees (therefore the video was tilted).It stayed tilted when I turned it off and on several times (via unplugging).Then I put it in Autotracking mode (autotracking works).After it tracked me, I unplugged it, then restarted it and it worked normally as it should.So, if you have this problem, this is how to fix it.There is a 2-year extended warranty available.With my 1st camera, I did email them for help several times, and they were responsive.They seem like very nice people.Why pay well over $100 when you can get this for only $50.

I was on the look for a good and affordable PTZ camera and I finally found it. Delivers as it promise, good video quality with digital zoom, easy menu and user friendly, it came with an SD card, till now I haven't used the cloud service because the SD card does tge job and I have access to the footage from anywhere I am. Highly recommended camera for basic surveillance that doesn't break the bank!

Over the last many years I have tried several pan tilt cameras, with varying degrees of disappointment this camera is wonderful!Highlights!!!!Excellent resolution, good brilliant clear pictures.Wonderful app. So many different settings and options, but without being confusing.Menu options are clear and easy to understand.On board micro sd slot so no need to use cloud services, accepts up to 128gb card and functions flawlessly.Even comes with a two year warranty.Set up was simple and took on a couple minutes.I am looking forward to getting excellent wildlife and bird photos from my yard while increasing security for my family.Finally the price was excellent! That's why I could order 3!!!So grateful, finally something that does what it should.

I've had other stationary security cameras of this brand and had good success. I decided to get one with pan and tilt so this is it.It comes out of the box with all you need to set it up. It even came with a memory card which is a bonus nowadays.Some people are complaining of the app but so far it's worked fine for me. It's nice that you can control the camera through the app and use the intercom also. It will also give you a full screen view which is nice. Picture quality is pretty nice also.I guess time will tell but so far, it looks like a pretty solid camera setup.I've also had to deal with customer service with my older cameras and they are pretty responsive most of the time. A time delay in response due to different part of the world but overall they've been good.For the price, I think it's a good value.
