Unfortunately we have public water, which I hate. I have been looking for a shower filter that not only addresses chlorine but fluoride as well. Prior to buying this filter, my hair was falling out by the handfuls every time I showered. I also color my hair and the color would not last due to the chlorine. After installing this filter, my hair has stopped falling out, period! My color lasts much longer, no more noticeable roots until my next treatment. Also, my skin is much softer. I love this filter and will continue to use it no matter where we live. Give it a try, I know you will be pleased!

This is my first review on Amazon even though I am a regular Amazon customer. I bought this sometime back and wanted to write a review for a long time. There are 2 very serious problems with this filter.Firstly, this is very small filter and lasts only for 2-3 weeks.It does clean up the water but only for initial 2-3 weeks. Secondly, there are no replacement filters available.That means , you spend 34 bucks just to get your water treated for 2-3 weeks and then dispose it off as there are no replacement filters. I emailed to them some months back , asking for replacement filter but they havent got back. I have searched on the internet and everywhere , there are no replacement filters. Buy it at your own risk if you just want a filter for 2-3 weeks

This does not help if you have high iron at all. I tried this option first before spending $800 on a filter for my house. The bottle turned orange in two days and it didn't filter out any Iron. My iron test 4.47 so if you have anything extensively high you will need to purchase a filter for the whole house or you will have orange damaged hair FOREVER. With my new filter there is no need to even have a shower filter.

I LOVE IT!!!! We live in an area where our water is highly chlorinated and it is harsh on my aging skin. This filter makes me feels so much "softer" and it's great for our grandson!!! One of my best purchases!!!

Definitely feel a difference in our shower water. We have high iron content in our well water and even with the water filtration system for the house I was finding my hair was brittle and drier since we moved in. This filter is the first one I have found that seems to be making a difference. It was easy to install. The filter arrived quickly and the seller has been very responsive to my inquiries.

I could definitely tell the difference.I wish that there was a filter for tub for when the kids take a bath.

I was looking for a new smaller shower filter for my new rainshower head and this filter worked perfectly. My water pressure remained the same and my skin feels even softer than it did from my old filter...... I had a small issue with the first filter I was sent and the problem was remedied swiftly. I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service with this company.

Very easy to install. Did not reduce pressure and gave nice fresh water for my shower.
