Large, tough, and a lot of fun.
9/23/2016Size of the black mat in photo is 4' x 6' for reference, I also included a pair of gloves and a rake.1) Set up was easy - did use 2 people, probably could have done it with 1 but 2 was way easy (if you have difficulties getting it to fully seat just roll it slowly on the ground, applying slight pressure, I found that once it was at a certain angle, it all popped together) Screw holes also lined up well for easy installation (no outside tools are needed, allen wrench was provided)2) Durable, we put this on our swing set for starters (have not yet installed a swivel, will try to update this review when I do) and kids are already LOVING it. My son (4yr) tried to sneak out last night to go swing on it some more. Stable, easy for the kids to climb on by themselves and multiple people can ride on it at a time (it is rated at 250lbs but safety ratio must be way higher, we had 300lbs with no problems other than our playset starting to creak but this tire didn't flinch)3) Multiple riding positions, kids have already tried "flying" (on their stomachs 3 of them right next to each other, 4, 10, and 7), sitting, laying down, sideways, you name it; and I rode it with both my kids on top of me (surprisingly comfortable). We've only had this for 24hrs but already it's the favorite item in our backyard. I plan on updating this review later on how it holds up weather/usage over time (I live in a hot desert, was 90+ yesterday)10-6-16 update:Note: it is NOT impervious to toddler bite marks ;) However, even with the bite marks it is still a hit. The net has finally settled into a permanent "sag" position (normal, if you've ever dealt with nets) and I foresee this as lasting a really long time (it has been used daily since we purchased it, it's even comfortable for ME to lay on!)I used Eastern Jungle Gym Heavy Duty Tire Swivel and used 3/8" Carriage Bolts (8" long) along with 3/8" nuts and 3/8" Tee Washers to attach it to my current swing set (built on a 4x6 beam). Works wonderfully.Next update I will attach another picture of it's current state.

Safe design and I can't get them to stop swinging!
My kids LOVE this. They won't get off of it! Very safe design. When I ordered it I worried about the hole in the middle, wondering if the kids would fall through it. But it's not like that. For starters it's tight there, the weaving around the edges of the hole is very durable so it's not like they can slip through it. Also, the way physics works the kids lean towards the outside and having their legs hanging through the middle prevents them from falling backward. When they sit on it the net sort of sinks down and the black soft rim contacts things before their backs do. Meaning if they suddenly get too close to the tree trunk they might bump into the tree but it won't be their body taking the impact. Really a great product. For a fun twist you can put a pillow on it and let them lie on their backs. Really a fun swing! Works best if you buy the Easy Hang Strap from Planet Earth Play Equipment. It literally took less than 2 minutes to hang the swing.

OMG! SO MUCH FUN! BUT....Requires mindful, ADULT Supervision for Safety!
I so wish I had this when I was growing up! Thoughtful and planned installation is a must! This swing should be installed by an adult who is aware of the capacities of all hardware and is willing to ensure ADULT supervision when in use. I take ours down and store when not in use. Fun for all ages when used with a spotter to keep riders safely seated and onlookers at a "SAFE" distance. I made sure I used rope and carabiners for the attachments that were rated higher in weight capacity than the Web Swing itself. Ensure that the area the swing can cover is free from obstacles or sharp objects as slips and falls are inevitable. Best installation is over soft earth, bark or grass. Be mindful that the rope attachment length will define how high above the ground the swing will get at its furthest point. Older, stronger children will require 'education' regarding safe use in addition to supervision in order to decrease injury risk.

Great swing!
We bought this for our 5 yr old daughter and she loves it! In fact, so do our family and friends. This swing is unique because it has the hole in the middle to allow for your legs to hang down to pump as you would on a seat swing. And the mesh is better than the nylon versions because you don't slide around. Kids can also lay on it which is fun and gives other ways to use it. There is nothing else like it on the market.

fell apart within a month of occasional use
The swing looked terrific and my kids were excited. I waited until the cold weather had passed and hung it outside at the end of April. Now it's the end of May and it's falling apart on the foam sides. So disappointed. Way too much money for such poor quality. I'm hoping their customer service can do something for us.

The children love this. I purchased it thinking that they could do it on their own pumping their legs like a regular swing. Unfortunately, that just doesn't work. Maybe our arc it too wide (swing is hanging from 25ft or so), but this is now the favorite thing ever and it is only fun when the parents are willing to push. Lots of disappiontment when my husband and I aren't willing to spend hours (yes, literally) out there pushing. My boys are 6 and 9, for reference. I also tried to get it going pumping my legs and had limited success for a lot of effort.

Love this swing
Love this swing! All 4 of our children can be on it at once (2 to 9 years old.). It's definitely an attraction at our home.
