Good product.
Just ordered this as a second one because the first one works so well.

Requires a costly Cloud-based service
The Inuvio scanner arrived with no software. It turns out you have to sign up for a cloud-based service for $35/month in order to use the scanner to import into other programs. This also requires you to send sensitive information (drivers licenses, credit cards, etc) to them. I wasted several hours of my expensive IT time finding all of this out.
