Previously ordered the high profile ones and you can't install those very far back on the Kia Telluride so they did not work for our soft car top carrier. Returned those and bought these. These were a little more fiddley to install. If you tighten them too much, you can't get the lock back in.They make no noise on the freeway. We haven't attached our soft car top carrier yet but I think it is going to work well.

Super easy to get in and up. Until you try to lock it. The tighter you tighten the rail the less room there is for the lock.

Sits and looks pretty good on Kia Sorento 2021. Only issue I found so far is a locking mechanism, when you tithen the rack, the lock won't go in. I had to hammer it in. I will update my review after 10 hour trip from FL to NC and let you know how it handled 80+ mph.UPDATE: I want to say, this rack is great, no noises and whistle, test it for 1200 miles and it was great, it says it can handle 75lb but I think I had over 100lb and it was able to handle it. Someone mentioned that thye took it to the car wash and it damaged their car, I did the same and it hasn't moved even a tenth of the inch. Also had a cargo box on top and drove it 80+ mph and also haven't moved a bit. Very durable and nice looking rack.

For a Kia Telluride 2020, this is great value for a fraction of the name brands. Plus I don’t like the look of the OEM roof racks (COME ON Kia?!?!!).It was easy enough to install by myself - To install:: I tossed a moving blanket on top my vehicle then assembled the parts on top. Once everything was aligned, made some fine sharpie markings to re-verify things then tightened everything down. The security cap/cover isn’t much, but better than nothing - perhaps primarily serving as a visual theft deterrent.Visual Appeal:: with approx 53” length per roof bar, it “looks” better than than expected and again much better than the Kia OEM ones lol. For myself, the front most bar looks a bit short and “stubby” but functional - for the future, I am a bit concerned about having sufficient end of the bar length to cross-strap down things.Next is keeping and maintaining the rack end cap pieces is a concern however I called the company and they said there should be some replacement parts in stock for purchase etc.Usability:: several days after installing the rack, I strapped a bed plus the bed box string to the roof rack then nervously traveled via freeway 60+ MPH route to our auntie’s house. Of course the bed wavered only a tiny bit b/c at 4 key points, I ratchet strapped the bed to its boxspring to avoid the infamous “Flying Mattress on the highway” mess (which still reminded me of my awful childhood disasters with my dad and his antics) but nonetheless the rack clamps held on!I will attempt to update life with this rack as it goes on! These roof bar are made from heavy duty aluminum when compared to other off brand products. They were significantly heavier and sturdy. The roof mounts fit the rails like a charm with no gaps. The locking mechanism seems to be upgraded. I had no flexing issues compared to others who posted negative reviews. I am not easily satisfied as i normally return items which do not meet my quality expectations.1st ride after install at 60mph had a slight whistling noise but that went way when the wind faring was installed. All in all very satisfied.

Overall, the roof rack was easy to install, however when i got to the step of putting the locking mechanism back into each side of the rail, they didn't fit. It seems as though, the tightening of the rail to the side bars on the car shrinks the space for the locking mechanism to fit in. I had to loosen the rails pretty significantly in order to get the locks to fit... loosened to a point I wasn't 100% comfortable with. Like, if i pushed or pulled on the rail, it definitely moved. Not a ton, but i'm assuming this isn't correct.All this said, we went on a trip this past weekend and they performed well with no slippage once our Thule box was attached. Perhaps this is only an issue in the summer with the plastic expanding and in the winter it would be fine, but that seems like a bit of a flaw.

Design is excellent but when you tighten everything that’s the problem… everything won’t fit, cover with keys won’t fit. The price doesn’t much of what problem I encountered… they should try their product first so that they know what exactly the problem is…. They should return half of what I paid for… not satisfied.

If found the more you tighten the racks the more deformed the locking compartment becomes so that when fully tight they locking plate won't fit. Not a huge issue if you're not worried about theft. Problem is it creates horrible whistling noise. In fact, lots of whistling from who knows where. We tried taping up all the cracks but no joy so we returned them.I added another star because the company contacted me after the refund and review to see if they could rectify the situation. I appreciate the customer service but not the product.

I had similar issues as other customers needing to loosen the screws until the lock could be clicked back in place and locked. We used the roof bars to secure a cargo bag (Kicker) to the top of the roof. They survived driving from Ohio to Florida and back. We reached speeds of over 80 mph, and we went through some of the heaviest rain during our trip. BUT, DO NOT TAKE THESE THROUGH A CAR WASH! We get back from the trip, take the car through a wash and the car wash ripped the front bar off the car, and moved the back bar. It damaged the rails on the car.

Took me 10 minutes to install. Simple instructions. Came with a tool. Very easy. Now I just need to determine if they are allowed on the road.

looks are good but very bad design, you just cannot lock the cover if you tighten the screws for the bars with the clamp, there is no way that you close the lock cover, you just cannot install without tightening the screws, its a design flaw.

The media could not be loaded.  At first it looked great with a loud whistling noise that I couldn’t stand. After one year and living up north (NY State) inside got corroded and screw couldn’t cone off. I called to order parts but was told it would be more expensive to order each part. I eventually threw the whole thing away. Garbage after one year on!

Setting up was fast, however the picture of the crossbars online with the brand name was printed in reverse on my set? As I followed the diagram and place craved edge forward as outline....they need better pictures. I followed the instructions, and when locking the end caps back up I really had to push them back into place to lock them but maybe with was just me. I haven’t tested them yet. But I am hopeful they will hold we weigh outlined.

The concept of the product is really good. I honestly don’t like the original because of its hight, similar with 2019 highlander, traverse to name a few. This crossbar gives the car a sportier look. On the negative side, the end caps are hard to remove when you make adjustment becausethere is no way you can poke the small slot thats holds the cap in place which is not a big deal. I am so satisfied with the purchased as is perfectly add a better look on my 2021 Kia Telluride.

6/24/21 I just installed it. I had issues with the locks not wanting to go in. Loosen the mounts until the locks went in. I dunno how I feel about that. I will update this as I use it.
