Gostei muito do conjunto. O acabamento dos cabos e lâminas estão ótimos. Apenas a faca Santoku a lâmina próxima ao cabo não está lisa. São de inox e achei as lâminas grossas comparada a algumas marcas que já tive como Victorinox e Tramontina Century.

Perfect set of knives. Has the bacis that anyone would need. Small compact and best of all sharp. Good solid build. Weight distribution on point. Little on the pricier side compared to some other brands that may give more options for this price point but you're getting your monies worth. Definitely recommend if you're just looking for someone kitchen knives without the extras like steak knives scissors etc etc. which I would hardly use anyway. With proper care they'll last a long time. Just make sure you don't wash them in the dishwasher as most knives are better off hand washedOnly thing I wish was it came with a knife sharpener but no big deal.

Ich habe diesen messerblock für meinen Mann gekauft. Er ist ein riesen Gordon Ramsay Fan und war begeistert. Es sieht super schick aus und die Schärfe ist hammer. Gut in der Hand liegen sie auch einfach ein Traum für jeden hobbykoch

Purchased as a gift for Christmas '21 due to the old set being blunt. All I can say is these knives cut through foodstuffs like a hot knife through butter. Manufacture quality is superb, as you would expect given who designed them, and who made them. The knives are very comfortable to hold which gives you more control when cutting/slicing, the knives appear to glide through meat or veg.Have not needed to sharpen any of them yet, however, I hope this will not be needed for some time. I would recommend using them with a wooden chopping board rather than marble, for example.With that in mind, the Santoku knife is simply amazing for vegetables and really does cut perfectly. That being said, each knife is very well balanced and a reflection of the man behind its design. Overall, very impressed by this set from Gordon Ramsay and Royal Doulton.
