Good replacement transformer for my under cabinet LED lights
I replaced my under cabinet halogen bulbs with LEDs. When the old transformer died this replaced it and works well.

Only starts when not dimmed
It works, but behaves differently than other transformers I have. With a incandescent load:- On full brightness, it takes about 2 seconds to start up.- If the switch is dimmed, unfortunately it does not start up properly (I can hear it oscillating, but never actually starts producing light). As a workaround, I can stop dimming the light / run it at full brightness to start, then dim back down (it stays running once started).

Works as expected, including low/high
Transformer works great to power 3x7w bulbs in an under-cabinet fixture. Note that 20W is the MIN load for the 80W transformer. High/Low switch (on my fixture) works as expected. No flicker on startup. Fast shipping with Prime.

Works most of the time
Sometimes when I turn on the lights it will flicker like a strobe light. If I turn the switch off and then back on it will usually stop flickering and just stay on. I have it powering a strip of 7- 10W LED lights which should be in the operating range of the transformer.

So far so good
Ordered as an alternative to the Emery Allen EA-60W-EPS-LED which for 3x the price could not power 3 - 6W LED MR16 bulbs. This worked flawlessly with full dimming range and no flicker,
