The media could not be loaded.  I've never owned a chainsaw before, mainly because the idea of one scares me! I was always worried that I'd cut some part of me off instead of what I was sawing. I knew I needed one for all the smallish trees in my yard, so I decided to go for a smaller, portable one, and I believe this one is all the chainsaw that I'll need. It fits comfortably in the palm of your hand, has a light, safety switch, rechargeable battery, extra chain, and sharpening tools. I've used this chainsaw in my backyard for a whole mess of little trees (water oaks) that have taken over my backyard, and it is highly effective. I cut down so many trees, and I cut them down even further so that I could handle them better. The only drawback to this chainsaw is that it's clearly for right-handed people. That doesn't affect me, but my wife is lefty, so she has a bit of trouble with it. I feel like it could be improved by putting a safety switch on both sides. That quibble aside, I really like this chainsaw and would highly recommend it!

I just had the opportunity to use this little powerhouse in my yard yesterday. It easily cut through 5 inch diameter tree limbs! No kickback whatsoever and easily manageable for this 74 year old woman! The limbs were easily removed from the trees and h into smaller pieces on the ground. My new favorite tool! No jamming, the battery lasted throughout hours.

Best little chainsaw! This thing is surprisingly powerful for being so small. I use my big chainsaw for the bigger pieces, usually a jawsaw for the smaller pieces, and tree clippers for the limbs, but this came in handy for some in between pieces and so I didn’t have to switch between the jawsaw and clippers. It’s lightweight and easy! I wore out the chain pretty quick but probably because I used it so much the first day. I didn’t run the battery out yet but it lasted long enough for what I was going. Definitely a fan and would recommend. Warning make sure it stops moving before you gets too close. Because it’s so lightweight I accidentally had it rub against my hand once I let go of the button but the chain was still moving. Thankfully I work with gloves so only damage to the gloves.

I'm amazed at how powerful this little guy is! I have some opportunistic flowering plum and alder trees in my yard that I've been trying to slowly remove by cutting them down farther and farther as I dig into the soil. This guy has helped me but I would love a little longer battery life. The chain has a tendency to loosen and tighten at will but not noticeably enough that I have to keep adjusting it for the work I'm doing. I'd buy it again and I like having the safety guard in place. The two "complaints" I have are the battery life and the motor housing makes it difficult to change hands when working close to soil or ground level (putting it into the hole I've created around the root). The chain slipping is, so far, more of an annoyance. I haven't checked it out but I'd like to buy replacement chains so if they're not available requiring me to purchase this tool again, I would have to think very carefully about the added environmental waste that would result in tossing it out.

Was working on removing a tree stump and this little guy came in handy in tight places. I would say it even cuts better than the new 14" electric chainsaw I bought. Don't know about the durability or battery life (time will tell) but for now I am impressed with its cutting ability. And it is so light! I was hopping that the 20V battery would be similar to the B&D 20 V and would fit all my other B&D tools but it does not.

Performance lived up to its ads. I used this small chainsaw the next day after receiving it and was very impress with the speed and power of it. I had several Crepe Myrtle and Wax Myrtle trees with small limbs that needed pruning. It did a fantastic job without any glitch. It small size provide access to small spaces that could not be reached by a regular chainsaw. This saw is well worth the cost.

a bit heavy

I absolutely love this thing. Small, compact, lightweight and very well built...so far. I just got it and have uses it several times on thick branches and roots and it is a dream. Just what I needed to trim without have to use a big chain saw. I bought a different brand before I got this one but had to return it because the chain wouldn't stay on. This one is built much better and has a safety cover over the top part of the chain...love it

As a keen gardener my wife needed something just a little "more" than her hand shears and saw for pruning the trees and bushes. This unit was perfect. Easy to use, safety features are excellent and the addition of spare chain and tools is a bonus. As with everything battery life could be longer but that's nothing to take away from this item. I've waited a few months after purchase to see if it failed after more than a few months usage. No issues with this item, even cutting wet / damp branches recently. Will need to buy another one when this one has been retired.

Malgrado abbai letto diverse recensioni negative e l'aspetto sia più da giocattolo che da prodotto professionale, ho voluto tentare la sorte per via del prezzo più basso tra le varie proposte al momento dell'acquisto e devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto.Fatta caricare completamente la batteria, l'ho usato per tagliare rami e rametti di diverso diametro derivanti da una precedente potatura e ha svolto il suo lavoro senza problemi, tagliando anche rami di circa 10 cm di diametro. Ho tagliato per oltre una mezzoretta abbondante e la batteria non era ancora scarica. Onestamente, penso che le diverse recensioni negative sulla batteria, facessero parte di una partita nata male.Arriva già montata e con a corredo una catena di ricambio e borsetta con gli attrezzi per la manutenzione e messa a punto oltre a 1 batteria e il suo caricabatterie con led rosso per la carica e verde per il pronta all'uso.La consiglio

Not even had it a year yet and the motor has burnt out

Muy contento con este producto, acabo de probarlo para cortar leña, una encina de mediano tamaño ya caída y he podido cortar hasta el tronco principal, eso sí dando vueltas y con paciencia, pensé que se rompería o que no sería capaz de cortar troncos, sino que únicamente era un instrumento para podar, me he quedado muy sorprendido, mi duda es si requiere algún tipo de mantenimiento.
