The lights were bright and very visible with multiple modes...charges with usb in 2 hrs and delivery was quick.Did not try its waterproof properties yet though.

Good budget bike lights
Bright, easy rubber straps to mount amd take off to charge, and work well. We have 3 sets on our bikes.
