I’ve been using them for years. I love making and drinking my cold brew coffee. These filters prevent any coffee grit from getting into the liquid and it’s a breeze cleaning up. I usually dump my used coffee grounds around plants outside instead of putting them in the garbage also. The rough texture helps keep some pests away.

These are the perfect size for the Filtron cold brewer. The filter is strong enough to handle two straight days of brewing (I do a second brew with half the water after the first brew finishes), but not generally strong enough to allow you to lift the filter and grounds out of the Filtron unit. Don't bother with trying to lift everything out or you'll make a mess. Instead, just invert the Filtron straight into the trash, and you'll have zero mess.

Work great for the Filtron. Was getting tired of cleaning coffee grounds out of the coffee maker. These things work perfect. Save time cleaning. I use these every week.

Ordered this quite a few times and liked that it matched the size of the filters that came with my Filtron. BUT this used to be about 2” taller. Now it is more annoying to use. I brew 12oz at a time. Can’t imagine doing 1lb! The grounds would most likely over flow the desired boundary of the filter and end up in your final product. I understand the appeal of a shorter height for aesthetics but the benefits do not outweigh the dimensional change.

The Filtron cold brew filter is great for clean up, and this is a good filter, however, for my liking it's way to small in size. The filter's circumference is fine, but it's to short from top to bottom. I'd like to see this large enough to fold over the top of the Filtron, this filter doesn't even come close to that mark. This would make the grounds guard much easier to put in, and the sides would not fold over after the water has dispersed.

Good product. Works very well in the Filtron. They're a little pricey, so can't give 5 stars, but it works great in the Filtron.I recommend this product, but am open to cheaper alternatives.
