SmellGoodRaw african black soap from ghana 10lb brick

This is not black African soap. The first time I purchased from this company it had very little cocoa butter but this time way to much. Won’t last and doesn’t work. Also if you try to return they charge a restock fee and send a return label and subtract from your refund. Wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve been purchasing this soap (brand) for well over a year, but these last (2) shipments have been ridiculously terrible. The quality of the soap has changed. It’s way too soft, it melts down when exposed to heat over 75 degrees, and is super sticky. Please go back to original recipe.

I love homemade African black soap, however the batch I got has way too much lye in it! Can't leave it sit on my skin too long, as it will burn, dry out and irritate my sensitive skin. I love that it's made with all natural ingredients, and no fragrance, however, due to the irritation to my skin, ill either try another company, or send this one back if it has too much lye. Im hoping it was a bad batch, and a one time thing..

I have been buying from this seller for years and Just wanted to publicly state that they have great products and service, real quality. Ordered 20 lbs of black soap on 2/21 and received it today 2/23 around 12 noon. I selected the free shipping option because I know they are prompt with their shipping. I always weigh my shipments and I receives 21 lbs so very pleased as i believe once I ordered from another company and they sent me less that what I ordered. So keep up the honest fair business. I also buy their shea butter for years in bulk and love it. Keep up the great business thank you for keeping us smelling Good ;)

There’s something really wrong with the formula of this soap. It burns when you use it!! And it’ll strip your skin & make you BLEED. African black soap is drying yes but it’s not supposed to be painful like this one is.
