YES i have tried over 30 supplements in my bodybuilding lifetime.some where great and most are now gone.I currently was on "Nutrishop" thermovex which is very good...very good.HOWEVER today i tried this and i must say it so far has surprised me.yes you get energy but not heart pounding energy which is good.the way it makes your head clear and focused i forgot everyone else was in the gym and went for extra sets just cause my mind said" KEEP GOING MF YOU GOT THIS.you don't have to believe but you should this is a very very good pre workout for intermediate or advanced...even beginners should try it but use half a scoop to start this is not regular coffee its coffee with a huge kick and should only be taken 8 hrs before you go to sleep NOT a evening go to gym for fun type drink. RONNIE YOU DID IT...years after your huge wins you just won again with me.for the haters..im in my forties in great shape work out everyday at 5am and been working out for about 15 years. weight 185 going down to 175 ( yes its hard ). 5'10 in height PLEASE try this at least once.

I absolutely love this pre. It's refreshing to have a pre workout that doesn't give you the jitters, or crash halfway through a workout. I received this and took it on the same day. Just happened to be delivered right before I left the house for chest day. First impressions, the container was smaller than I thought, however the dose is only 1 scoop, many I've tried before had to have 2 scoops if you didn't want to underdose on the important stuff. The scoop is normal size, I was expecting a huge scoop when I read that it was a "true 1 scoop" formula. Opening the container, business as usual. There is a scoop, and one desiccant pack. Before opening I gave it a gentle shake, and it wasn't any more powdery than expected. The powder is a light brown. I poured one level scoop into 8 ounces of ice cold water. The mixability is great. After about ten seconds of gentle shaking there was very little powder left undissolved. The flavor was not chalky or very bitter. The sour berry flavoring was nice, not too sweet. It did leave a mild bitter aftertaste that did not linger long. It took about twenty minutes start feeling the little bit of tingling I experienced from the beta alanine, but that did not last long as this is not a huge dose. Then the fun started. I got a smooth onset of energy just as I started the workout. I was more focused than usual, and that lasted throughout the 90 minutes I was actively lifting. There were no jitters, there was no shakiness. With some other pre workouts I have taken the energy left and I crashed about 60 minutes in, or was too jittery to focus for the first 30 minutes. It has been 3 hours now since I've taken it and my energy level hasn't crashed, but is slowly tapering down to normal. I didn't notice a change in vascularity, or a huge pump taking this pre. This is likely attributed to the doses of choline, and L Citrulline being mild. Now, the negatives. I'm really nitpicking at this point. There are two things that I experienced that some users might find unfavorable. First, this pre does not have any creatine. This isn't necessarily an important factor for me, because I have a separate source of creatine, but it is something many of the competitors offer. The second thing, I noticed an increase in my perspiration. This also isn't necessarily a negative factor for me either. I'm not usually a heavy sweater, but I did have a significant increase in sweat today. No other dietary changes have been made other than the pre workout, and my routine is the same every week. Just a warning to potential buyers to make sure that you increase your hydration of you experience the same thing. Overall I really enjoyed this pre, and will definitely add it to my cycle. The packaging, mixability, drinkability, and effects are all really great for this price point. Though, if you're looking for a huge pump, or veins popping out of your skin, maybe look elsewhere.

Dude this pre workout is totally intense! Now I've been a pre workout addict for about 8 years by now, tried all kinds of different drinks. And yes I know I can stop at any moment but I'm having a good time. But I've had mixes that where all kinds of good, bad and some ugly. The Curse, C4, Hemo Rage, NO Xplode, 1MR and Neurocore to name a few of the brands I've indulged in over the years. So I got past the intense stage for a while now with these drinks and to the point where they were just a nice boost to get the workout going, settling with probably my favorite The Curse. Probably more of a habit than anything. Now I've stopped most of my supplement's except 2 things, pre workout and a Protein Drink. Now it was time to get a new brand and Yeah Buddy sold me instantly with the Amazon reviews, Ronnie Coleman and the name. Good times.Day one of trying the drink, now here's the only bad part. It tastes like a toxic mix of chemicals, so you really just need to man it/woman it down or take it like a shot. If you've ever had 1MR, kinda like that... Maybe not as bad, I don't know, it's been a while. But about 15 minutes in this bad boy was kicking in, so I went on a nice mountain hike to get warmed up, then a good ole leg workout that I really didn't even feel like stopping. Next thing you know 5 hours later I was still jacked up and even wanted to keep working out!... Though there was errands to be had... It was like my brain was in a beta level of meditation for 5 hours. Total focus, energy and power! Everything I did was intense, even just walking was like twice the pace. Wide eyed extreme to the point where I kinda just wanted to punch and lift up anything and everything. A feeling I haven't had with a pre workout in years, even with the good brands. It was like the mid to late 2000's of pre workouts and diet pills all over again, like Beavis cracked out on something corn holio style!Now I really have no idea what some of the ingredients even are on this drink and mostly I'm always dialing in exactly what I need in a workout drink but this one is something special none the less. Even being a trainer and trying all kinds of different stuff, I have never had something like this bad boy! So get past the funky flavor and give this a whirl for the big workouts. Probably the drink to avoid on the later in the day workouts cause I still feel this monster 7 hrs after taking it. You could practically get two workouts in a day on just one serving of this drink!Like a virgin with their first pre workout drink. You will never be the same... And then you try Yeah Buddy!

Works great but if you aren’t used to taking pre workout I would start with half scoop. I had to build a tolerance because it would make me puke after my workout. But once adjusted it is a game changer!
