Post Hill Press Hamilton: The Adult Coloring Book

Wanted a coloring book for my kids who became interested in Alexander Hamilton after hearing the Musical music. This fits the bill nicely. Other reviews complained that this wasn't a Hamilton The Musical coloring book. I agree, the pictures are traditional "founding fathers" pictures, and not coloring renditions from the Musical. This was clear (to me) from the product description and page preview, so I am not disappointed in the purchase. It is a coloring book about the founding father, and will serve to further my kids' interest in history. Pages are thick for coloring (like most typical adult coloring books) and they are printed on just one side, so you don't have to worry about bleed-through. There is a lot of nice detail to color. There's a little historical description on each page which is nice, too.

Bought as a Christmas present for my Hamilton-obsessed sister and it's great! I'm sure she'lol love it. Only thing is it came with a different yellow cover than shown but I like it better anyway.

My daughter is a Hamilton freak so naturally loved this, although I, as a colourer found it rather basic.

Great fun for a true fan!

Bought this as a gift for my mom, and she promptly ordered 10 more for her classroom. For someone who probably will never get to see Hamilton on stage, adding this visual aspect to looping the soundtrack is a lot of fun. The images are pretty simple and don't have that weird stress those super detailed coloring books have, and the pictures turn out beautifully. I would definitely recommend for any Hamilton fan.
