Fantastic
I have been a loyal Ray Ban wearer. The last 10 I switched to the Wayfarer style. The AO has a much more vintage look which is what I wanted. Lenses are prefect with great clarity. I would highly recommend these.

Excellent craftsmanship -
Updated Review: I just received another pair of AO sunglasses in the same style different color and the grey/clear ones fit so much better. I had taken to not wearing these yellow ones because they didn't fit me right and would slip off my face or ears. But the new ones fit exactly right on my small head. Both are same style, same size.My son took a blow-dryer to these and 'bent' them back in shape. He said they were crooked and misshaped. So, that means they came that way as they fit like that from the beginning. I have to dock a star for that since these are $250 sunglasses and should be pretty much 'perfect.' But they fit me beautifully now! yay!--------------------I've never paid more than $50 for sunglasses but after recently ordering some Christopher Cloos sunglasses (another quality brand), I wanted to give these American-Made classic AO's a try. There really is a huge difference between cheap sunglasses and quality. After years of cheapy ones, now I am spoiled for the more expensive ones! These are more geared towards the masculine but note that even the 52mm size is small, so if you have a large head/face you will want to go larger, and even then not sure about that fit as the size of the lenses are smaller -- just look at the images provided and you'll have a good idea. These are not oversized at all. I have a small head and these 52mm fit my face size well; they are a little large in the frame width-wise but they aren't so loose that they fall off if I lower my head (like my Christopher Cloos do).I love the yellow frame. This is not a canary yellow. It's not bright yellow at all. It's a very pale yellow that almost doesn't look yellow at all. So if you want something really yellow, you won't have that here. Very understated. These have a really well-designed hinge point. They also sit at my nose correctly so I don't have sunglasses that are hitting my cheeks and/or have a gap at the nose bridge where they sit too high--well fitted. They are very lightweight. You'll think they feel cheap when you take them out of their packaging, but this lightweight quality is so much more comfortable so that you forget you are wearing them.Clarity of sight. No wavering or warping. This is what I've found with more expensive sunglasses versus my cheap sunglasses--there is no weirdness with my vision. Now, $250 is a LOT to spend on sunglasses no matter the quality, but I suppose here you are also paying for the AO name that's been around for a very long time, and the vintage aspect. The case is just as well crafted. Leather (at least it feels like leather to me) with a really nice metal closure thing. Comes also with a cleaning cloth. There's two information pamphlets that I glanced at but if you like to read about your sunglasses, there you go.Excellent craftsmanship (or should I say craftshumanship? 😀). Taking care of these, they will last a lifetime.
