You can ‘feel’ the quality of this product with the first “click”—a very positive feel.The only recommendation that I would suggest for their next version is to have a magnetic plate at the base of the slots—see red highlighted lines at the bae of the slots in the attached photo—that hold the bits in the bit storage holder. Some of the slots are not very tight, so if the bit storage holder is jiggled, a bit has the tendency to slip out of the bit storage holder slot. For this reason, I store the bit storage holder in an inverted position into the foam case (see attached photo).

Update: The company was VERY responsive and is sending a replacement. Hopefully, this was just a random failure, but the company is 5 star for it's customer service. Original review: I really loved this tool right out of the gate. Seemed to work wonderfully. However, after approximately 10 uses, the internal mechanics of the tool seem to have come apart and it no longer works. I would not recommend this tool.

This tool looks great, it's small, it's affordable. Live-long warranty? Amazing! UNFORTUANTELY not true.This tool broke after very light use. Mounted cleats twice and handle bar twice and that was the end of itThe top adjustment wheel is working with two pins and they apparently break easily. At that point the device is useless.But hey, you have life-long warranty. Well good look getting a replacement. Support tells you to use the link on the website, that simply does not exist. At that point no response.This company seems legit but then is incredibly shady with getting the faulty device replaced.Tool seems great on the outside but is simply not worth the money. You should spend a little more and have something that'll last you a real life-time. Do not recommend!

If you need a preset torque wrench/driver that is in its range, this one works. I have a use case for setting a bunch of 5Nm with a 5mm hex bit and this one just does what I want without fuss.

This tool is compact, comfortable to use and very handy. Fits on the bike in any storage pocket and gives you a plethora of items to fix on the go or in the garage. Read specs on torque and take the hopeful guesswork out of the equation.

The tool works fine for what you’re paying for. It’s not a super quality torque wrench but it’ll fit in your frame bag and get the job done when you’re away from your toolbox.The one I received had scuffs on the paint of the adjuster knob. Also paint missing from the part where you put the bit in. I don’t care enough to return it, it still does what I bought it for, but the seller could be more honest about what they’re selling.
